| 48 | Leader and father figure of the bandit clan, Garro and his family have had a long and prosperous career based out of Westshire near the border of Bretland and Molvonia. Considered one of the slipperiest bandits to grace northern Iberia in the last few decades, he somehow manages to slip past border defenses regularly, bringing along his similarly-inclined family and hired muscle to raid villages deep within enemy territory. | |
