--Use the ramp to get up to the purple-green platform and collect wheel 4

--Jump from the purple-green platform and onto the platforms above it

--Jump from the highest platform and fly around the blue and grey building

--Start spamming X, if you have enough height you should grab the lasso point

--Collect the sock on the back of the gold building and fly over to wheel 5

--Jump off the cannon and fly over to the Downtown Rooftops warp
