ME:  Hi, for some reason Google has listed my server's IP as junk and now it rejects all my emails.
James C:  Yeah that happens because the cloud servers IP blocks are blacklisted/greylisted
James C:  You would need to use something like sendgrid or some SMTP forwarder to go through
James C:  Since the IPs change between cloud servers we do not manage/support email in the cloud. Which is why the IPs can get black listed as well. Depends Spam or something didnt see it authenticate correctly for the email
James C:  We do however..
James C:  Provide sendgrid bronze level for free.
James C:  you can setup the smtp relay to sendgrid on the serve.r.
James C:  You can sign up for sendgrid via the landing page on the manage.rackspacecloud.com web page.
James C:  You need to setup a relay to go through since the IP is black listed.
