I personally was interested how this film would translate to a live action film since I've watched the anime film in which this film was based from in a Japanese film festival. Truth be told that I've been looking forward to this since I really liked the anime. Not to mention that my favorite E-girls member, Anna Ishii also has a major supporting role in the film (though meh, she still needs work in the acting department haha).

The changes made from the anime is understandable to make the story more believable in a live action setting. I honestly liked this a lot compared to the anime now, especially the new verses of the songs played in the musical proper. My father came to see me as he heard the songs being played while I'm translating. He's a fan of the musicals and recognized the classic tunes being played.
