  138. Greed: in reference to the CLPd being split up, I read the thread and there were some suggestions. I've mulled them over including forcing officers to one or the other or getting in CLPD easier. as of now I'm unsure how to implement. make it easier, we get more idiots. so it turns into a nightmare for command, so then lower the burden on instructors.

  140. Is it possible to run through the academy still as civ prior to getting their badge?

  142. sort of like an academy time where they stay as civ, receive a portion of their training prior to getting in PD proper. this saves PD from having 4 recruits on for training then getting a bank robbery.

  144. Apache: what is the time required from app to enrollment?

  146. Greed: something like 4 days. it appears the problem comes from applicants not finishing their apps and needing to be chased after.

  148. Tec: I think you should keep apps open and focus a bit more on recruitment.
