目を細めた - this actually means 'my eyes narrowed' but in this context, it's the 'smiling' one. Man idk if that explanation made sense, but it's the 'his eyes crinkled in delight' thing but less elderly i gueSS
数えきれない　君がそこにいて - 'countless yous are there' is the literal if I go by this as one sentence. I have no clue what the kazoekirenai is modifying, the footsteps that they mentioned in the preceeding verse?? or the 'you right there'??????????? M HnN
街を照らす　まるでイルミネイション - whatever the noUN this line is referencing is the thing that is so beautiful it takes ur breath away in the next line. MEZZO" does listener-directed narrative-esque love songs, so Fair assumption that it's to You (subject of the song, etcetcetc).
届かない　影踏みながら - i originally had "As I chase after your unreacheable shadow" but that doesn't have the same ring to it, not setsunai enough bro
