  1. Thanks for everything.

  3. No, really! I've had a great adventure on XDA here, installing ROMs helped me learn about Android and how mobile devices work, creating them taught me about the Linux file structures and development, porting WP7 taught me that microsoft hate the open source community ;) And everybody's constructive criticism, compliments, guidance and tips have helped me become a better developer in general! The evo community has been fantastic, I can't thank you all enough!

  5. However, as I believe, one adventure leads to another - and it is now that I depart on that new adventure! This android development has taught me alot about Linux, so I now strive to create a Linux distro! I won't bore you with that here, but if you are interested in helping, testing or joining the development group - PM me! I need graphics people mainly ;)

  7. Because of this, and my hectic life style, I have chosen to give up Android Development all together. I know this will sadden some, and please others, but bare with me. Let's be honest, my ROMs were not all that great and my reputation has gone down the drain. I'm happy that I was the first to port paranoid and pacman to the 3vo - but I don't think people should continue on something that nobody appreciates. People should create things to revolutionise, not backtrack.

  9. I will probably come back to XDA here and there to see what's happening - but I no longer use my Evo. I've gone to the dark side and gotten an iPhone (the reasons are irrelevant). I may have one more mod up my sleeve that I will hopefully publish at some point, but that's the last of my main activity on XDA. I will however stay on top of PMs and I hope to teach others about Android at some later date.

  11. I apologise if this paste has been a bit confusing, but it's late at night and I'm trying to compile Linux :P

  13. So yeah, thanks and goodbye for now.
