FastMail CardDAV settings for Blackberry 10

username: someuser@fastmail.com

email: someuser@fastmail.com
server address: carddav.messagingengine.com/dav/addressbooks/user/someuser@fastmail.com/

notes:
- replace someuser@fastmail.com with your full FastMail account name
- email is a required field, even though its not marked as such. I don't know what its used for
- server address is deliberately missing the https:// prefix. BB will add it internally, but can't cope if you explicitly include it
