Star vs The Forces of Evil: You Really Got Me Now Part 9


	Star listened intently as Marco continued to fill her on all the things she's missed both big and small; who would have thought Ryan Reynolds would win an Oscar for best acting for Deadpool the Third according Marco Leonardo DiCaprio actually cried on camera this time when he lost; oh and apparently there's finally a release date for the Winds of Winter, Star liked Game of Thrones since it would remind her of Mewnie but Marco had to admit he wasn't sure if she would still be into it after everything that's happened. While Star was happy to hear Marco tell stories of their time apart, she still had a few questions for him, mainly how did he know to come to Mewnie? In the ensuing happiness of his arrival and her eagerness to leave she forgot to ask.

"Marco, I gotta know how did you know to go find me? Don't get me wrong I'm so glad you did but I was never able to send out a message." Star finally asked.

"Oh right, guess I didn't say but in my defense I got caught up in the moment too haha" Marco said smiling.

"This is gonna sound weird but it started with a nightmare I had the other night, I woke up in  a panic and somehow I just knew that you were in trouble like some had Inception'd the thought into my head; it was a weird dream I had no context for it but it felt so real doesn't surprise me I felt the way I did afterwards" Marco explained.

Stars eyes lit up, "So you didn't know what was going on and you still risked getting my mother angry just to see me?"

"Tell you the truth, at first I wasn't sure what to do, I wanted to think it was just a nightmare but deep down I knew it wasn't I could have shown up at your balcony and there'd be no danger and ended up looking like a crazed fool but after 3 "visions" or whatever it was I wasn't gonna stop until I saw that you are ok with my own eyes"

"Aww," said Star with her eyes sparkling; "Wait 3?, you had 3 visions of me in danger?"

Marco nodded, "It was the second one that made me drop everything and go to Mewnie, the third hit me while in Mewnie itself and I wasn't even asleep then I actually almost passed out it was so strong"

"Oh Marco I'm so sorry that happened to you, but you gotta believe me it wasn't me; danger or no danger I would never make you think your going crazy...least not on purpose  pretty sure I have in the past by accident but not this time I swear" Star reached for Marco's hand on the kitchen table. "So what did you see exactly?"

"Like I said I had no real context for what I dreamt about, but in the second one I distinctly remember seeing you in a dress maybe even the same one your wearing right now and in this dream your mother had turned into a monster and was trying to kill you, and all i could do was watch" Marco's said his tone becoming a little somber.

Star just squeezed his hand as he spoke.

"The third hit me last night as I was making my way to you, one second I was running like nothing was happening the next it felt like my head was being put into a vice and being squeezed, all I could hear was your voice calling out to me at times it almost sounded like you were being tortured all I could hear was you moaning my name in some sort of agony"

Stars face went pale; she squeezed Marco's hand so hard she could break bones. "OH.MY.GOD" Star thought to herself beginning to sweat a little, he heard her while she...she...holy shit.

"Star your hurting me," Marco said wincing and looking at his hand. Star looked him and let go. "Sorry, I was just really really...uhm what else did you see or hear? she asked still looking pale. "I can explain" she mumbled in a barely audible voice.

"Nothing that was it, it went away after a few seconds still don't know what to make of it, of any of it, all I know is if it wasn't for those visions I wouldn't had left Earth when I did; your my best friend Star I'm not going to let anything happen to you I'm just glad that you aren't mad when I showed up ever since the Blood Moon Ball incident I've always tried to respect your wishes and let you figure out problems for yourself and I have in the past but there's no denying my instinct to jump to your rescue at a moments notice that never went away and doubt it will in the future" Before Marco knew it Star was sitting on his lap hugging him, man that girl is fast.

"Times change I didn't realize it then but I know now there's no reason why my best friend can't also be my hero, if I haven't said it formally already then I'll say it now thank you for making sure I was ok" Star said resting her head against Marco's chest; he could have sworn that for a second she casually pressed her left arm against her chest to squeeze her boobs together and in her dress its not exactly subtle, not that Marco was trying look but he's taller then her he has to look down just  to make eye contact; gotta keep his eyes forward now he figured just fan freaking-tastic.

Star noticed his chest hair sticking out from the top of his t-shirt, she tugged it down by the collar and began to pull on his little hairs with her fingers.

"Star...this is...ug... getting weird now, what are you doing?"

"You know, I haven't told you this yet, but I made the decision to kill myself if I had to marry Kale and never see you again" she whispered still playing with his chest hair.

"WAIT BACK UP WHAT?!" Marco said surprised, something told him she wasn't exaggerating.

Star just kept playing with his chest hair; "Ya know I always saw your mom do this to your dad and I never understood whats so fun about it...until now that is" she said still engrossed in what she's doing.

Marco was about to ask her again about the killing herself thing when a voice came from the living room.

"Yeah it is fun but it took a while for the big guy to like it tho"

Marco and Star looked up and saw Marco's mother and father looking at them. Mrs. Diaz had a huge grin on her face, Mr. Diaz just looked confused.

"MOM, DAD!" Marco stood up in a nano second comically dropping Star to the floor where she landed with a thud.

Marco looked down at Star who gave him a mean look; "Sorry" he said awkwardly picking her up.

"Lets see, a giant sword on the kitchen table, Stars here and wearing a wedding dress of some kind and playing with your chest hair  and yet this is not the wierdest thing I've walked in on you two doing" Mrs. Diaz said trying not to laugh.

"I'm gonna go make us some popcorn, I can't wait to hear this explanation" Mr. Diaz told his wife.

Marco's never going to hear the end of this.
