Sniping allows users to target "nests" (http://pkmngotrading.com/wiki/Nests) which allow you to capture specific pokemon through the location give under "PokemonToSnipe".
The pokemon captured will be from the "Pokemon" list as seen below "PokemonToSnipe".

Common problems: Make sure to use commas if using multiple locations/pokemon. Don't over use locations/pokemon or you will run out of pokeballs. Amount of locations to use depend on the pokemon density of the location.
