Whites mistreating whites

Chester would like to know, did his race have anything to do with the British government helping father abuse mother and son with mind control?  And denying Chester the ability to think and denying him education and denying him the right to work?

Had Chester been white and English, would the British Government have done the same, in regards to torturing chester and his mother with mind control?

Yes, Chester is well aware that white people have mistreated other white people through ancient history, but chester wants to know in this case, was this the case?
