NEW SYSTEM: DIFFERENTCHATVISION

As you may know, my default chat system for my #PonyFriends episodes is just like normal chat: NOTHING. Normally from the early development of #PonyFriends,
during the first two episodes, I use the system: VIEWVISION for my use. Here's an example:

CoolDude's view:

<CoolDude> Hello, ladies. Come on and get me!
RadMan joins the chat
<RadMan> Hi CoolDude, I need to go.
<CoolDude> Ya so cool, RadMan. Cya later, bro!
<RadMan> Cya!
RadMan quits ()
<CoolDude> Well I need to go. Bye!

RadMan's view:

<RadMan> Hi CoolDude, I need to go.
<CoolDude> Ya so cool, RadMan. Cya later, bro!
<RadMan> Cya!

However, as I got along with this system, when #PonyFriends 6/6/14 was released: http://pastebin.com/nzbzArXj I just realized that the system was causing my episode to be over 4099 lines (in the revised version: http://pastebin.com/sUdqwiar it only contained 550 lines). So I had to shut down the system as it was getting out of hand. But coming this February, a new system will be installed and is named: DIFFERENTCHATVISION. How does it work. Here's an example (NOTES: This example contain spoilers for the upcoming episode: #PonyFriends 2/19/15):

Sweetie Belle's vision:

<Tommy Himi> I don't know. I just got here. This place is pretty ironic.
<Sweetie Belle> What are you talking about? Hey, where Perry?

Perry's vision:

<Background Music> Perry!
<Major Monogram> Oh, there you are Agent P. It appear that Dr. Doofenshmirtz has order plenty of marbles. We don't if he's making a trap, or something, so get right on to it!
