Some animal abusers appear to be punished with penalties that can be comparable to nothing more than a finger-wagging-naughty-naughty-slap-on-the wrist. There is never an excuse, never a reason for animal abuse- and these 'people' should be named and shamed.

We believe in freedom of information and freedom in the use of that information- if animal abusers put their personal information freely on the interwebs, Eg. 'f4c3800k' then they have to accept that there is the possibility of receiving criticism, opinion (with or without expletives) from others in the social media community, who do not tolerate animal abuse or the perpetrators.
