- Quick guide to the Conqueror
- Charge up heavy attack while blocking. If they are stupid enough to strike, block it and instantly release it to chunk their HP.
- Shield bash is a move you will use a ton, garunteed light attack unless you push them into a wall. If they get shoved into a wall and stunned, you can heavy attack and bash again and again until you are out of stamina. Unless they know how to escape then you will at least get 2 sets in, maybe 3 before they get out.
- Shield bash can only be used in these circumstances:
- While sprinting, after a dodge, after a heavy attack, or while in full block mode (holding straight down to block). All of these are simply pressing the guard break button during or after these commands.
- Once an opponent is out of stamina you can put on a lot of pain. Sprint at them and try to shield bash, if they take the hit they are on the ground and you get a free heavy. If they dodge, congratulations they used stamina and they are set up for a guard break, which will toss them onto the floor for a free heavy.
- Be warned, you can't tech out of a guard break if you are charging your heavy or if your light attack gets blocked. If you are charging a heavy and someone dodges in close without attacking, then let it go and hit them before they get the guard break in.
- Your best bet is to get someone on a wall and do the heavy, shield bash combo. Just swing side heavy then shield bash repeatedly until they escape the wall.
- You MAY get a side heavy in after a guard break, but the timing is very very tight on it so I just go for a light attack since it's safer. If you can, side heavy + shield bash + light will give you the most bang for your buck out of a guard break, but be warned that assassins can dodge the bash. Versus assassins just use a heavy or light, otherwise you will most likely be punished.
- Unlike most characters his overheads don't do anymore damage then side attacks.
- He can not feint, you can however do somewhat the same thing by going into full block mode during a swing.
- You can infinitely chain your light attack as long as you keep changing directions. Don't expect this to work except against shitty players.
- I think that's about it for him.
