  1. >You will never swear your loyalty to a young, beautiful, regal, and wise monarch like Zelda
  2. >You will never struggle to simply steady your breath while casting your eyes downward in her presence, almost blinded by her radiance
  3. >You will never see the hem of her silk dress flutter at the edge of your vision, like a fresh field of snow, as you feel her silk touch plead with your chin to rise and meet her noble smile.
  4. >You will never lock your awestruck gaze for a moment too long, and glance away in shame as Zelda tilts her face and hips just so to follow with curiosity
  5. >You will never hear the soft scratch of satin over silk as she curls her lips even further in a smile just beyond her gentle, royal gracefulness for just a moment, just for you, and nods ever understanding and wise
  6. >You will never hear her voice, soft as wind but with a whispered command impossible to refuse, bid her cherished subject rise, and stand tall with Hylian honor
  7. >You will never feel a hundred fires light up through every vein, and while you look up at your fair princess despite towering above her, forgetting just when you even jumped to your feet...
  8. >You will never swallow your sudden panic that this is it, your time with the Princess of Hyrule is almost over, forever, and before you can stop yourself your arms wrap around her.
  9. >You will never listen to the court gasp, the scramble of mail of the guards approaching fast, but none of it matters now. 10. >You will never feel how nothing else matters, how the sharp cry of the court and stomping of the guards and all the things in the world but this, but her, are ugly
  11. >You will never feel every second turned hour of the embrace, how Zelda stands frozen like your world then, a master work chiseled from the finest marble but for the warmth of her cheek and breast softly pressed to you.
  12. >You will never know the emptiness when you're pulled away, as though something important never stopped embracing her as you're dragged out of the hall staring at Zelda, staring back blankly and dumbfounded like none had ever seen her
  13. >You will never hear, languishing in a dungeon in chains for your crime, a broken law that could never understand as much as Her Highness, soft as shadows footsteps too quiet and kind for such a place approach your cell
  14. >You will never see Zelda in black robes, deigning to kneel by your own knees with a caressing hand on them, the torch reflected in her eyes, on her tender blush, and her soft lips
