  6.
  7. It was your average, sunny morning in the small town of 7thLHell[named thus because the mayor thought it was funny], the villagers were just starting to wake up, though, as usual; the mayor was up before anyone else.
  8.
  9. His home being the only castle in the town, and the only house made of gold painted brick, might make you think he was all about money and nothing else; but you couldn't be more wrong. Mayor Dr. J, which is his nickname that everyone calls him by, had just checked his mail... and was staring in dread at the only letter he'd opened thus far.
  10.
  11. “...oh god.. not Fair Day again....” He muttered to himself, memories of last year's fair now fresh in his mind as he recalls the small fortune he had to pay the fair to cover the cost of damages a handful of his town's villagers had caused. The main source of the damage being Rosie and Tangy.
  12.
  13. Now, neither Rosie or Tangy are troublemakers by nature; and the trouble they caused was purely accidents that cascaded into even bigger problems until the fair had to be shut down and repairs made.
  14.
  15. “Whatcha got there, Dr. J?!” a female voice suddenly exclaimed from behind him, causing him to jump; the letter fluttering to the ground, “Ohh! Fair Day is tomorrow?!”
  16. “We're not going. Not after last year.” Dr. J replied, snatching back the letter and stuffing it in his pocket along with his other items.
  17. “Party pooper!” the female cat replied, her fur a light blue color.
  18. “Go bug somebody else, Rosie.” Dr. J retorted and left her standing by his home, his destination? Brewster's Cafe near the Rail Station.
  19. “We're not missing out on Fair Day.” Rosie whispered before taking off to find Tangy.
  20. ==============================================================
  21. “Good morning, Mr. Mayor.” Brewester said as Dr. J entered the cafe, “The usual for you?”
  22. “Yep.” Dr. J replied taking a seat at the counter, failing to notice the orange cat in the seat beside his; his coffee already being slid across the table toward him; “Thanks.” He just got a nod in reply from Brewster, whom is not known for speaking much.
  23. “Can't wait to go to the fair tomorrow, Dr. J; can you?!” Tangy suddenly exclaimed, causing Dr J to jump; his coffee splashing down the front of his shirt, “Gah! I'm sorry!” Tangy added trying her best to use some napkins to soak up the coffee.
  24. “Nah.. I'm used to it. You and Rosie both make it interesting around here. And we're not going to the fair.”
  25. “What?! Why not?!”
  26. “Because of last year.”
  27. “...your no fun. It was an accident. It's not going to happen again.”
  28. “...your not going to get off my back unless I change my mind, are you?”
  29. “Nope!”
  30. “Fine. We'll go. Just try not to wreck the fair again.” Dr. J said with a sigh as he gave into it.
  31. “No promises!” Tangy shot back before running off to round up the other villagers
  32. “That wasn't the agreement!” Dr. J shouted after her, though his words fell on deaf ears.
  33.
  34. =====================================================
  35.
  36. Outside, Rosie and Tangy quickly gathered the rest of the residents together to make plans for what they'd do at the fair tomorrow. Plans to try the fair food, rides, and games were all quickly made; everyone agreeing that Dr. J would pay for everything. As usual, he had no idea that he was going to be stuck with yet another bill.
  37.
  38. “Don't you think we should cover our own expenses this year? Afterall, you and Tangy did cause a lot of damage last year; Rosie.” A bown and white rabbit asked, her name is Carmen.
  39. “Why? Dr. J has plenty of bells still. Plus you know how much he likes to prove to the other mayors that he's good friends with all of us.” Rosie replied.
  40. “Even though you and Tangy tend to take advantage of that.” The blue and white speckled rabbit responded. Her name is Francine.
  41. “And you don't?” Asked the black and white rabbit, named Dotty.
  42. “Of course I don't! That wouldn't be proper!” Francine shot back, “What do you take me for?! A.. a mooch?!”
  43. “No, that's just Tangy and Rosie.” Dotty replied.
  44. “We're not mooches!” Tangy and Rosie both snapped back at Dotty togther.
  45. “Um.. what IS the fair, exactly..?” Asked the youngest member of the group, a grey gay named Lolly.
  46. “You've never been? You just HAVE to try the corn dogs, dear!” Francine replied, pulling Lolly away from the rest of the group as she explained the fair to her.
  47.
  48. After a bit, Dr. J came out of Brewster's and joined the group.
  49.
  50. “Alright, everyone make sure you get everything you need to have done, done. Tomorrow we're spending the day at the fair. Oh, and somebody make sure Isabelle knows to take tomorrow off.”
  51. “Got it.” Carmen responded and hurried off to the Town Hall to inform Isabelle before going to do her chores for the day, which consisted of walking around aimlessly and begging Dr. J for some random fish; as usual.
  52. “OK, everyone else.. go do whatever it is you have planned for today. We'll meet up here tomorrow morning and head to the fair. I'll make sure Carmen knows the plan.” Dr. J added before everyone took off to do their own thing... and pester Dr. J for this and that, “Just another crazy day in 7thLHell.” He muttered shaking his head and going to do some actual work around the town.
  53.
  54. ======================================================
  55.
  56. The following morning....
  57.
  58. “Alright, everyone here? Where's Lolly? And Dotty?” Dr. J asked, doing a quick headcount and noting that the two were missing.
  59. “They overslept.” Francine responded, “I'll go find them.” she added and hurried off, returning a bit later with the missing duo.
  60. “Good, we're all here now.. let's go enjoy the fair! And, please, PLEASE; don't trash it again!” Dr. J begged.
  61. “No promises!” Was the response from everyone.
  62. “..that's what I was afraid of....”
  63.
  64. Going into the train station, the group boarded the train, arriving at the fair not long after. And, my word, was the fair majestic this year! Six large ferris wheels! Five roller coasters! Five! There was even bumper cars, a 'haunted' house ride; and a mirror maze! There was even pizza, corn dogs, soda, and various other fair foods and drinks! The group split up and everyone had a joyous time, though Dr. J quickly realized he was expected to cover everyone's expenses.. again.
  65.
  66. And that is the end of this little adventure in 7thLHell.
