So I dunno if you heard any of the conversation that shondo and me and her had last night, but shondo and I just kinda think the title of jr mod is stupid, cuz we can't really do anything. So I told her about another server I play on that has it so the moderator ranks go helper, mod, dev, owner
So it would just be a different title, but it lets the person have the same powers

here at diceycraft im doing jr.mod, mod ,senoir mod, jr.admin ,admin, sernior admin, Dev,Owner
that way there are steping stones incause someone in those position can get promoted or demoted on there performance(tired cant spell worth a heck)
and like i told you already klik jr mod is just a title and to keep doing what you was doing before and you was going to rank up faster
basically jr.mod is just for me to see how the people(jr. mod) take their responseiblity
to see if they want to be apart of the team
basically ive been thinking at work and i would really love it if diceycraft can be built as a company. so basically a select few will be brought up to the top with me. i dont forget about the people that help me get started but if the jr.mods are just gonna dick around then they stick at jr.mod and then eventially get demoted back to their time ranked
and yes the people that i bring up with me will be getting a % of donations so basically it would be a paid job

what ive been doing with the money is been throwing it back into the server like wolf's donation i basically upgraded us from a 3gig to a 8gig server and also got a few premium plugins

basically i havent pocketed any of that money it goes back into the company to grow it more. im basically investing the donations into the server
once it gets all polished off meaning everything is done with the server and its on cruise control and we have a decent amount of foot traffic to the server then everyone gets paid

I'm glad. I hate when I'm on servers and the owners just take all of the money and don't change the server to be better or anything. I also like that it will eventually be that you're gonna help out the mods and stuff that are helping you out

yes i premoted shondo up to mod but there is a reason for that and no he didnt pay for that rank so i really dont want to hear anythign about that
shondo has step his game up alot and has been doing side work with me and showing me he wants to be apart of this

To give a real players perspective, none of us like him
And I mean as someone who isn't like a boss to him
We don't like him cuz he's an ass here on discord, he abuses/abused his powers Ingame, and he just doesn't do anything to help new players
