In the event you are chosen to be a part of the staff, What favorable characteristics do you have to suit the position?:
i bring in my opinion a bit more of a unique skill set as i am a high functioning autistic i look at things and situations differently from most, i am also very patient as most should be but when dealing with trolls i will try and douse the flames rather then rage back, I mean theres no point in feeding the trolls


Do you have experience in any staff position and if so what position?  I have been up to  moderator on four separate servers that went down becuase the owners went to college  and a co-owner on a vanilla server i paid for so i considered it to be my own went down because i couldn't keep the upkeep monetary wise aka not enough donations


What is your average time of play? (per day): 10 hrs a day fromm 8 pm - 6 am


What amount of time is available to play? (per day): 8PM-6AM EVERY night
What impact do you see yourself having on the server?: I see not my self alone having a impact...i see me part of the team having an impact becuase in my opinion being part of staff means your part of a team not just you yourself working hard alone ....i also have a theory of what staff is meant to be ....family to the players and amoungst them selves not only that i beleive that staff are meant to protect and basically in a sense follow the saying "it takes a village to raise a child"
the players are that child no matter their ages webout the players to me at least i feel that staff should be like the village working together not having contests or competitions amoungst themselves communication is key i said it before and i mean it ....theres nothing sadder than a server that closes becuase of no team work amoungst staff not that i see the server closing anytime soon. im just saying my experience and how i feel about it....this team you have now is incredible and loving towards new players and i would be most honored indeed to be part of this Family...this team of K-gaming pixelmon so yes if i was part of this team i would indeed make impact by making the server safe fun and enjoyable for all players and staff alike

Where do you see yourself on the server in three months and what are you seen doing?:
a moderator full i also dont just see myself lording over others i see myself having fun with the players creating events competitionas and things to keep the server alive with hope and fun but i als are meant to protect and guide them so they can remain safe in a fun enviorement its not about being top dog or best staff ever its all ao see myself as well learning from others experiances not just teaching from my own what people somtimes dont think about the players and staff/ are in a symbiotic relationship we meaning staff  keep servers safe for the players and the players give us a great community in which we have fun and enjoy our selves

List four reasons you should be a member of staff? (be very informative):

team work is essential as is communication and im good at both i dont mind helping or even taking orders from those higher or even at the same rank but i will know when im being told to do wrong and i will question it. i look at both sides of an argument not just the victims becuase in my opinion there are three sides to every story the "victims" the "Antagonizer" and "the truth" im a no bs kinda girl and im fair

Are you willing to use Discord/ Teamspeak 3 & are you willing to speak?: Yes i love teamspeak and socializing and you will constantly find me here when online not in private rooms either i want to get to know the players and help when i can :) '

Are you allowed to give away free items from your creative mode should you ever recieve it : No i dont even wish for creative i like to build in surival it gives me more satisfaction to  show i work hard and have work ethic and imagination rather than world editting or schematicing things in...spawning in things is the lazy way and im anything but

Are you allowed to charge players money for your help?: No and i wouldnt : I am a staff member a volunteer which means i expect NOTHING for my services rendered  i vcolunteered i will not even accept gifts if players tried

Are you excluded from our server rules & Banned Item list?: no i am just as responsible as any other player to follow the rules "staff" does not mean i can go above the players limits ...it means i actually have a higher standard set to be an example

Should you be Teamspeak when you are helping on the server?: Yes i should for easy contact for others to find me and i promise to always be in public channels when online so come say hi :)

Any other questions or comments you have: i am 26 as stated above and a female i have what is called Aspergers syndrome which is a high funconing form of autism i am sometimes slow in understanding but i eventually figure it out as well as i try my hardest with whatever task I'm put too and i don't give up easily. i live in Alabama on continent North America in the United states of America which means i am in central standard time zone. and i am very disciplined . i love to have fun as does the next but when its time to be serious I'm one of the best. as well as i won't tolerate hate speech or jokes that aren't really funny other than that I'm real easy to get along with

Note about my schedule : as well as i have a 77yo mother who needs care during the day time i will be on from around 8pm-6am every night as me and her have discussed things i may be 26 years old but i have respect for her and so though I'm old enough to make my choices i follow her rules just like i respect this server and follow the rules.
