(I am) a passionate and hard-working person. I love reading and improving my knowledge especially about food hygiene (industry) and animal science. Having a bachelor degree in animal science, give(s) me a (confidence) to be involved in my community to provide some useful information(s) so that people in my village (will have an opportunity to) enhance their livestock product(s). (By) getting involved in (myriad number of activities in) community, (will give) me a lot of experiences especially (on) how to handle real problems related to livestock products my community (has). (I was) also involved in several social activities, such as, an instructor for some groups of breeder in Rakit Village, Banjarnegara, Central Java. My responsibility (was) to guide the breeders (on) how to maintain, to feed and to breed their cattle appropriately. In 2012-2013, I (was working) as (an) assistant in Nutrition and Animal Feed (within) (my) faculty. (I got my) research (to be funded by BLABLA). (With this fund I was be able to finish the research as a final project for my bachelor).

Please write the subject on which you plan to work in a postgraduate program in Turkey.

Indonesia, with the (majority are) moslems, have a lot of problem(s) about food. (These problem are) especially in hygiene, safety and halal aspects. Today, people in Indonesia start to concern (more) about (those problems). Unfortunately, the regulation and system to support (those issues) are not well developed. There are not so many scientists (and experts) in this (field). On the other hand, Turkey has many scientists who (put a lot of) concern in food hygiene and safety, especially in meat processing. In addition, Turkey (has) big plan for 100 years anniversary of Republic Independent. Turkey wants to be one of the (top) 10 economic countries which have stability on food security. That way, I believe that Turkey is the best place for me to study in higher degree. During my study in Turkey, I (am planning to pursue) study about food processing in industry and how to meet the standard for halal (c)ertification as my research project.

(When I was working with my undergraduate thesis), I learned about (couple of things on how) to increase nutrition and productivity of cattle based on feed. In addition, (I have used to work for one-year) in quality control process for (certain) food processing company where I acquired precious practical experiences in assuring quality for meat product(s). Having a Master degree will give me a strong foundation to develop a system in hygiene, safety and halal for meat production in Indonesia. The result will (bring plenty of) benefits for Indonesia. (For) moslems, they do not have to worry about food they are going to eat. Because with a well developed system in food processing, this will ensure not only it hygiene and safety aspects but also in halal aspects. (Tambahin second benefit kalau ada...).

If there are any prominent universities or academicians in Turkey concerning your case study, please provide information about them.

I am interested to learn and do research about food hygiene and halal in industry. I have an opinion that Said Aykut from Haceteppe University and Husseyin Gencelep from Ondokuz Mayis, are the example of scholars I am really looking forward to. I found that both professor are moslems and (tambahin yang special dari duo professor ini). I am gladly hono(u)red if Prof. Sait Aykut A or Prof. Husseyin Gencelep willingly guides me to undertake my future research. Both of them have focus and interest on the same field (with me), thus I hope one of them can guide me on my future research about Food Hygiene and Halal in Industry. (If this will happen, it will bring pride and joy for my life).

Please provide information about your plans after completing your post-graduate study

Upon completing my Master degree, I will return to Indonesia. Having a master degree will lead me to full responsibility as an academician to share my knowledge. I do believe that my research project in Turkey will give high impact to animal science society, especially in Turkey and Indonesia. More to Indonesia, it will be a good opportunity for development of Indonesian hygiene-safety and halal food processing. (Also to mention that), by having knowledge and skills from this research will be a good chance for me to introduce and distribute the importance of safety and halal in food processing, to researchers and colleges in Indonesia. I am planning to continue my research in Doctoral program to strengthen my knowledge and skills. In the future, I hope Turkey and Indonesia researchers can collaborate and build mutual agreement and relationship in scientific field especially in animal science.

I (am) bachelor degree in animal science from University of Jenderal Soedirman. My undergraduate thesis was about nutrition and productivity of cattle based on feed.  Right now I (am) working as a quality control staff in PT. Wonokoyo for one year and a half. The company is all about processing sausages and nuggets. (This) background makes me intensely deepen (my) understanding and competency in food hygiene (food processing) by taking master degree in Turkey. I (am) interested in chasing master degree in Turkey after analyzing that Turkey (has) good industry, agriculture and great moslems (community) in Europe. Turkey is a picture of Modern Moslem Country in Europe which (does) not avoid Food Industry especially about Halal. Turkey easily become the country I prefer to study because of its significantly agricultural and economical progress is predicted one of influential states in International Agriculture and Industry
