  12. "Hm? Well, I wouldn't quite know about any meetings you planned with, uh, the Whispers, but they certaintly don't live up here."

  19. I lean over and hug jean, before heading towards the exit

  21. As you exit, Ruby suddenly jolts to life!

  30. I head back inside and inquite as to where the health potions might be to get ourselves healed

  32. "Ah, that's right! My bad, I had completely forgotten to grab you some! Hold on one second."
  33. Jean scurries over and reaches into a cabinet. He pulls out 3 glass flasks with a viscous red fluid in it.
  34. "Here you go. These should help you out if you're ever in a pinch!"

  37. I take the flasks and hug him again, before heading back to sapphire
  38. "alright, sorry, ready to go :?"

  53. Ruby creaks forward, and starts walking past Jean's house at a steady rate.

  57. As you begin walking, Sapphire puts his hand on your shoulder.
  58. He hands you a crumpled up piece of paper.

  62. Sapphire nods and shuts down.

  64. I pat her on the back and go back to following ruby

  66. After a couple minutes of walking, you eventually come to the edge of the hill. Looking off in the distance, you see a rather large orange mushroom reaching high above the clouds!

  69. "Wow, this looks really pretty :!"

  71. Ruby is talking to you as she's patting the ground, apparently looking for something.
  72. "H e r e w e g o!"

  74. "What are you looking for :?"
  75. "very well :!"

  77. Ruby pulls on what appears to be a lever. Suddenly, a large mountable crossbow bursts up from beneath the ground!

  79. "Oh my..."

  81. Ruby sits down at the seat of the crossbow, and carefully aims it. After a few seconds of deep concentration, she clicks the trigger and fires the crossbow! A large arrows shoots off and pierces the ground several hundred yards from where you currently stands.

  85. "Like.. I've done it with rope and vines, but not really a long one line this :P"

  90. "So, do we have anything to zipline with or are we just jumping on it :?"

  93. Ruby picks something off the ground and hands it to you. It appears to be a.... rusty hook.
  94. "D o n o t w o r r y a b o u t t h e a p p e a r e n c e o f t h i s h o o k. I t i s q u i t e s t u r d y!"

  97. "So, I guess me first then :?"

  101. I take a hold of the hook, and tie one of my ropes to it and then the other end around my waist
  102. "I guess you have a point :!"
  103. "Good luck with your... guarding :? I guess :?"
  104. "Yeah, cya :! And thanks for the help :!"
  105. I then use the hook, holding on tight to it and place it over the rope

  138. You hear something stomping about in the distance. You suddenly realize that the zipline made quite a lot a noise between being shot and being ridden!
  139. Luckily whatever creature it attracted doesn't seem to know where you are.

  151. You look around. Nothing really seems out of place here, aside from the stomping far off in the distance. The area around you is rather flat, with a few trees dotting the area. There's a cobblestone path going forward, but to your right you notice several small footprints going off to the East.

  155. Paw Prints. You're almost certain these are cat prints.

  158. I get out of the pile of hay and begin following the prints, but making sure to still be cautious of anything

  160. You follow the footprints east. After a few minutes of walking, you find that for the most part the trees are gone, and that you're in a rather open area.
  161. You spot a few moving creatures a few hundred feet to the north-west. You manage to make out that these creatures are in fact cat people!

  163. I smile at the view and continue walking towards the area

  165. You eventually get closer to the cats. One of them sniffs the air, and quickly turns to face you.

  169. "Watch ou-!" She begins to shout, but quickly settles down. "Wait.... you aren't one of those savage creatures, are you?"

  171. "haha no I'm not :P"

  173. She sniffs the air again. 'You have a cleaner smell to you... well, metaphorically speaking."

  175. "... thanks :?"
  176. I move my arm up to my nose and take a sniff, before screwing up my nose and lowering it again

  178. "So, what are you doing in the area? I don't believe I've ever seen a species quite like yours before."

  180. "I will admit you may have a point...."
  181. "Well, I'm heading for the city I think right now :!"

  183. "The city.... do you mean the capital?"

  185. "although I'm still not too sure what I'm doing i'm kinda just exploring :P"
  186. "yeah :!"

  188. "Hm, we aren't quite headed there, but we're heading towards a trading village known as Fungtown right now. The path to the city is rather clear on from there!"
  189. "Plus you can get supplies there.... and take a well needed shower."

  191. "I should probably join you then :!.... and maybe yeah a shower isn't the worst idea..."

  194. The cats begin marching forward.

  210. After about an hour of walking, you eventually come to a small village.

  222. Under the bridge, you notice two Imps laying in wait. They don't seem to notice you.

  244. I encourage them to stand next to each other, and shoot the stealth arrow into the ground

  259. The Imps noticed a giant black bubble forming. They look at each other, awe on their faces.
  260. They get out from under the bridge, and slowly walk towards the bubble.
