You wrinkle your nose and sniff.

You say in a resounding voice, "They often don't know the difference between the Nihilists and Ashtani in general."

You say in a resounding voice, "And were upset enough at the Skylord's embrace of Ashtan as His city."

Aralt the Stormshaper says, "Of course, if you hope to meet them on the battlefield, I hope you are quite swift. They defile only on islands or Annwyn, and are gone as quickly as a city well-trained in hasty retreats can be."

Aralt the Stormshaper smirks.

"Heh heh heh," you chuckle.

You say in a resounding voice, "I've had plenty of experience and can practically discern them from behind at this point."

Aralt the Stormshaper says, "Don't tell your wife."

Aralt the Stormshaper winks knowingly.

"Heh heh heh," you chuckle.

You say in a resounding voice, "I'll be sure to leave that out the next time I deliver heads to her."

Aralt the Stormshaper says, "Are there any specific questions I might aid you with today, or you here for general knowledge?"


You say in a resounding voice, "I have been told stories, and witnessed myself when I was previously engaged with the Nerai, of the Lord's more warrior-esque Farethi."

You say in a resounding voice, "During my time with the Nerai, I constantly strove for greatness in combat, quickly becoming one of His chosen Tempests."

Aralt the Stormshaper nods his head at you.

You say in a resounding voice, "I will of course apply the same aptitude toward service to the Skylord...but what information might you have if that were my chosen path?"

Aralt the Stormshaper says, "Although I doubt it shall be news to you, it is one thing to be a warrior, and another entirely to lead them. They require a different set of skills, and oftentimes even the best warriors in the world do not know what to do with soldiers of their own."

You nod your head emphatically.

You say in a resounding voice, "Quite right."

Aralt the Stormshaper says, "To say the armies of the Skylord are bare at this moment would be an understatement."

You say in a resounding voice, "Perhaps, under the right leadership and tutelage, that could change."

Aralt the Stormshaper says, "As you stated, you have an aptitude far above that of the average mortal that walks this world, and that speaks well of your potential. But to move further than that, you have to draw other such beings to you as well. They should not only follow your orders, but WANT to."

You nod your head at Aralt the Stormshaper.

You look about yourself, rubbing your chin thoughtfully.

Aralt the Stormshaper says, "It is only a matter of time before you are Farethi, that much is known. There is one that has been around longer that will be moved before you, and then you shall follow quickly. We are obviously very aware of the current lack of true structure in the Sodality at the moment, and it is time we stopped allowing that to stonewall progress."

You say in a resounding voice, "Patience is a keen skill one must learn as it were. It's no bother to wait and continue study before approaching such tasks."

Aralt the Stormshaper nods his head at you.

You say in a resounding voice, "And what with all of the interest within the Bastion at the moment, I am sure the Skylord has His hands quite full."

You smirk.

Aralt the Stormshaper says, "An admirable mentality."


You look over at a melanistic cougar and ponder her for a moment.
A melanistic cougar lets out a deep, satisfied purr as she stretches contentedly.

Aralt the Stormshaper says, "Despite the initial shock of such brashness, we should really be devising some sort of thank you gift to that foolish, foolish Darkwalker. He may just allow us to close some doors with finality that nobody before has managed, and ensure that tainted hand is never found dipping into the wrong pot again."


You say in a resounding voice, "I would agree completely, had it not done partial damage to the Overseer. Luckily, it's all rectifiable and can be done so quickly without much fuss."

Aralt the Stormshaper nods his head at you.
