Well its come to the point where im pretty much on the brink of calling it a day with the FC and hardcore raiding in general

The quality of raiding since savage 7 has gone nothing but down, i understand that the officers/members etc do what they can to make it a decent environment to raid in at the highest level possible, but the time for me at least has come to look at how much in terms of raid quality i am getting from the FC in return for the amount of time i am investing into it. As it stands i am not happy with it and its coming across to you guys and the other members of the FC as aggression on Team Speak during raids which does nothing for the motivation for the members taking part.

I think we are deluding ourselves when we are posting a recruitment post including the worlds going for world first when we cant even get a world top 60 on turn 13.

As it stands i am going to see how next week fairs in terms of raid quality before i make a decision on what i am going to do with myself, i will say that if we lose server first on turn 13 after investing so many hours into it i will be going regardless.

Peoples availability and the like have not helped in the slightest but i believe these issues pale in comparison to the underlying issue of peoples performance, i know i am not perfect, far from it, i also know raiders are "only human"

I know having been an officer myself that there is not much in the way you guys can do in terms of fixing the issue apart from removing people etc because there are so few decent applications to pick from. Hearing this from me is not going to help you guys out in the slightest either, understand that i will still be putting 100% into the raids regardless of all this until i either call it a day or feel things have changed such that i no longer feel unhappy.

How the fuck dalent etc have last so long in group 2 after all those issues that have plagued them is beyond me. I guess this has just been simmering for me since before the current content patch hit and its now coming to a boil.

If i did end up going ill be just heading back to Dango, the environment there is a lot more lolz and far more causal so i wont have the expectation of people performing top notch getting at me.
