Elemental Unity
Intro
Elemental Unity is a community focused on cooperation. These guidelines are designed to create a friendly environment for all players. Unity will not use race, religion, creed, sex, marital status, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, sexual identification, political affiliation, or political beliefs to decide its members.
Rules and Regulations
We prohibit discrimination of any kind against any individual. Elemental Unity is comprised of diverse people with unique personalities, beliefs and values; as such, we must respect each other. In Elemental Unity, there are no activities which we will force or require you to do. Naturally disagreements will occur, however, we always respect those we disagree with. All attempts at resolution should take place in a private channel with a mediator.
We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for Harassment, Bullying, Slurs, and Discrimination of any kind. Violators of this rule will only be given one warning and be put on probation.
You must follow Trion’s Terms of Use. If you do not you will be kicked from the guild.
Elemental Unity is a green friendly guild. We will not initiate combat with any green guild unless they are on our KoS list. If a green attacks you or a guild mate/friend you may activate Bloodlust to defend yourselves. Reds are fair game. If you come in contact with a Red (Eastern Faction or Pirate), you are free to attack/kill them. If someone is on your boat without permission and is not in Unity or one of it’s allied guild you have permission to warm them that you will kill them if they do not leave, if they do not leave you have the freedom to kill them. Always take screenshots of any situation with greens. If you do not have the screenshots we do not have proof of what happened.
We do not Troll or Grief other players. Do not troll in guild chat or in Team Speak. We do not camp Nui Priestess’s to kill Reds. Griefing consists of repeatedly killing someone when they are defenseless (Bots are and exception to this, they are not players). If you Troll or Grief you will be put on probation.
Communication
Teamspeak is required, however, speaking is optional. You may speak freely as long as it is not offensive to others. If it becomes a problem and others are becoming offended by what you are saying, you will be put on probation. If you feel as someone has offended you please contact an Officer as soon as possible. Utilize separate channels for what you are doing within the game. For example if you are on a trade run please switch to a different channel with the group you are going on a trade run with. Same goes for dungeons, raids, etc. Try not to interrupt others within Teamspeak, allow others to express their opinion.
If we are on a Trade Run or doing organized PVP please keep all coms clear for the leader to lead. If you disagree with what the leader decided please follow it and save your feedback for after the run or until the PVP is over.
Disciplinary Action
Probation: If you violate any of our rules while on probation, you will be kicked from the guild. After having 3 probations your next offense will be an immediate kick from the guild.
