Ratnakar

This  place in India,  traces its history back to the Rashtrakuta period, and  the name is believed to have been derived from the ancestral village of  Dantidurga. In the 19th century it was part of  the Hyderabad state, and the Razakar leader Qasim Rizvi hailed from here. Name this place, that was in the news in the 90's for a rather tragic event.
