[b]High Concept:[/b] Transfer Student From Another World!
Around fifteen years ago, a group of amateur scientists in Akihabara, Japan accidentally transported their entire laboratory on a one-way journey to an extra-dimensional world known as U'kato.  While the travelers were soon killed and consumed by the savage wildlife of U'kato, the world's intelligent inhabitants soon discovered the displaced lab and were fascinated with the artifacts hidden within: mountains of Anime, Manga, Video Games, and Light Novels.

Since then the people of U'kato, the U'kato-jin, have been working on building a portal back to Earth, while also building a new school curriculum that teaches these Earthling materials.  It has been just enough time that students are now graduating Middle School with an Anime education all the way from Kindergarden.  Nyithaq Za'saaaurnotu, being the top-ranked student from this graduating middle school year, has been given the wonder opportunity to travel through the first prototype portal to Earth on a study abroad program.

She has taken the Earthling name of "Aiko Tanigawa", and has just transferred to Occultar Academy.  Only the school's administrators know her true origins.

[b]Trouble:[/b] Earth is Nothing Like I Expected!
Being an alien from another world, and one that has a very narrow education in human culture, Aiko is experiencing quite severe culture shock.  The transition from her world to this one has left her alone in a place that in many ways she does not understand.

While nobody knows where she is from, it is generally agreed that Aiko is a weird girl from some strange culture.

[b]Passion:[/b] Behold!  I am the Ota-Queen!
Aiko's scores in Otaku Studies, from 1st to 9th grade, have averaged around 98%.  She is an expert in Saiyan physiology and fighting techniques, the common human relatiohsip type known as the "harem", the piloting and engineering of giant robots, and more.  Her world has crowned her the Otaku of Otaku: the Ota-Queen!  In addition to using this knowledge to understand humanity, she has learned how to imitate many of these heroes.

This has influenced the way she acts and talks, to a degree that some find extremely annoying.

[b]Magic:[/b] My Skirt Contains a Portable Portal to my Homeworld!
If one were to look up Aiko's skirt, they would find that her legs disappear into a bright, shining vortex.  This vortex is a portable inter-dimensional wormhole back to U'kato.  By reaching in, one can retrieve things from there, such as otherworldly artifacts or bizarre monsters.  It can also be used as a storage container. If Aiko's skirt were to be flipped up, the portal would be temporarily ripped open and there is no way to tell what could come flying out at that moment.

The glow is visible in the dark.

[b]Aspect:[/b] Ten Times as Dense as a Human!
U'kato-jin physiology is similar to humans for the most part, due to an eerie dimensional coincidence.  However, while their flesh may seem similar, it is ten times as dense as a human's, and as a result they weigh ten times as much.  To compensate, their muscles are several times stronger so that they can move and function just as well as humans.

[b]Aspect:[/b] Automatic Universal Translator!
One innovation produced by the U'kato-jin in recent years is an intelligent, automatic translation device which works between the U'kato language and any other, in both written word and audible speech.  Built within it is a learning agent which better understands words and phrases the more it encounters them.  However, the translations produced for any language or phrase it encounters for the first time are of dubious quality.

The version of the small handheld device which Aiko carries with her currently understands basic English and excellent Japanese.

[b]Aspect:[/b] What Did You Say?!  Depending on the Answer I May Have to Kick Your Ass!!
While most of the time Aiko picks up her demeanor from various Anime heroines, (ranging from the cool and quiet type, to the cutsey type, to the nerdy type) if she feels that she, her friends, or worse, her Anime, is being insulted, she will quickly shift to being an angry, hot-blooded shonen action hero type.

[i]Don't you understand? There's no way they can lose!:[/i] Because of her attention to detail and belief in her friends, she gets a +2 when carefully creating advantages when explaining out loud what someone else is doing and providing emotional support.

[i]The Power of Moé!:[/i] Because of her thorough understanding of "Moé" and "Kawaii" she gets a +2 to flashily overcome obstacles when trying to manipulate the emotions of others by being cute and adorable.
