- I'll Take Just a Sip: 2d6+12 - +624 damage and HP Drain. May only be used if Carmilla is invisible. Borrows an ability from who she drains.
- Rondo of Blood - 2d6+12 +780 damage.
- Stance of the Vampiric Queen: As no action on her turn, Carmilla may take a physically or magically defensive stance. This functions as Unusual Defense, including weakness as normal. She may exit this stance on any turn of hers thereafter.
- Illusion of the Golden Bitch: Creates a 1/5 health clone of herself by spending 10 resolve. This clone can only basic attack for +200 damage, but is always Covering Vivi.
- I MUST FEED: Usable under 50 Resolve, 2d6+6; +624 damage and HP Drain - restores 20 Resolve.
- Bloodbending: 2d6+18; Inflicts Speed Break on one unlucky target. May only be used on one character at a time and is maintained. Is broken if struck with a super effective attack that also pierces her unusual defense, or three super effective attacks in one round.
- Ravenous Swarm: Carmilla becomes a swarm of bats. All of her attacks gain HP Drain (recovering double from Take a Sip), and she has the Swarm property, but she loses Piercing and the ability to cast spells. Suppressed by silver.
- The Dread Wolf Queen: Carmilla becomes an enormous wolf. She gains two Quick Hits per round and causes Bleeding with her attacks, but can't cast spells or fit through doors.
- Poison Fog: Carmilla becomes intangible and fills the current zone with poison fog. She can't do anything but move and exist in this form, but her fog deals 20% acidic damage to the group each round. Half if immune to Poison. Costs 15 Resolve per round to maintain.
- Spells: Poison, Arise, -aga spells, Doomsday, Scourge, Scathe, Imperishable Night
- Limit Break: Bloody Curse. Attack: Weapon, Debilitate: Shadow, Elemental: Shadow, Multi-Attack 3. Three hits of 663 shadow damage
