- your LJ name: badninja

- * your AIM handle and usual online nickname: kamehamepwned Mandy
- * the character you want: Dick Grayson, DC Comics/Vertigo
- * the name of the journal you created for your character: blue-bat
- * between 300 and 500 words: Dick Grayson is one smooth customer,
- a charmer. He has a genuine personality, and he is very upfront and
- personal. He prefers to be completely open and honest about
- everything, except for in the cases where it's truly needed to be
- otherwise. (example: the Batclan and their secrets).
- He is a very physical person. He is not the type of guy that sees a
- problem with hugging a friend, even if they're another guy. To him,
- this is merely another form of expression.
- Dick is also stubborn as a fox, sticking to his beliefs in most cases.
- It takes sometimes even a literal smack to the face with facts to
- shake him out of this sometimes. However, when it comes to the
- vigilante business, he has learned to keep his mind open and cast
- doubt to the wind until the facts show a -sure- path. This trait is
- something that has led to him taking over the cape and cowl of Batman,
- once his father figure of Bruce Wayne had passed on.
- Fitting of one named 'Batman', he is an accomplished detective. Dick
- is believed by some to be among the best in the world. He was second
- to only Batman, and now he finds himself tied for first place. While
- he enjoys heights, this is something that can be wearing on his
- morale. However, he finds his thrills in a damn good mystery, wrapping
- himself up in it and going to all lengths to find the solution.
- When his anger is roused, it can be quite scary. He is learning to
- control it, but bad things have happened as a result of his inability
- to keep it down. He's learned from these experiences.
- He is very accepting of his family, far more than Bruce was.
- Unfortunately, being accepting of others into his family means that
- some very interesting figures interact, and he has to spend a lot of
- time keeping them from killing each other. All in a days work, chum.
