CoNDOR Tournament of Champions Format

CoNDOR Tournament of Champions format:

Best of Five Cadnce Hardcore.
A round robin phase will feed into a single elimination tournament.
Advancement is determined by match wins.
The fourth place in round robin will be automatically eliminated.
The first place in round robin will get a bye.
Second and third place will race each other to advance.

If there's a tie for third and fourth, we'll play a tiebreak to determine who stays alive.
If there's a tie for second and third, they will advance as normal.
If there's a three-way tie for 2nd, everyone advances in this way:
-First place gets two bye rounds.
-Second place by game wins gets one bye round.
-Third and fourth place by game wins race each other with no byes.
If there's a three-way tie for 1st, everyone advances in this way:
-First place by game wins gets one bye round.
-Second and third place by game wins face off like usual.
-Fourth place is eliminated.
In any of the above scenarios, if game wins are tied, average race time will be used instead.
