victory parade intro

After some time for preparation upon returning, it is finally time for the Bluebell Victory Parade. Streamers and banners in Bluebell colors line the walkways, as townsfolk crowd around the sides. The ranks of the Bluebell militia are set up, elves in gleaming ranks and satyrs in loose bands, ready for the order to move. The Councillors are set up to bring up the end of the parade, each instructed to wear their battle armor.

Outside the parade itself, the town is in a carnival atmosphere, with booths being set up to provide food and diversions for the townsfolk. Idir seems to have had quite the setup to provide a good time.

With the soldiers awaiting orders, it's up to the councillors to give the order to start the parade.
