This is a request for approval to ship the following telemetry experiment on beta 45.

Bug 1244187 - Run an e10s A/B experiment on Beta 45 (second experiment)

There are two goals for this experiment: one is to test the code that disables e10s for add-on users, and the other is to compare e10s vs non-e10s for users with no add-ons.

For that there will be 4 groups:

  - experiment-no-addons
  - control-no-addons
  - experiment-with-addons
  - control-with-addons

That way we can compare groups 3 and 4 to validate the activation code, and groups 1 and 2 to get performance and stability data.

Only users of group 1 will effectively run e10s for the duration of the experiment.
