  7. Improved Spellcasting: passive; for every spell you know or learn, you also know one Improved version of that spell. Whenever you cast the spell, you can choose to cast either the normal or Improved version, using the recharge of the version you cast to determine the next time you can cast that spell. Learning an additional variant costs 1 skill point.
  8. Unicorn Telekinesis(Racial): spell; manipulate objects through sheer force of will. Complex tasks and heavier objects may require more focus.
  9. -Improved- - Improved Telekinesis(Racial): spell, recharge 2; use sheer force of will to perform highly detailed or complex tasks such as watchmaking, or lifting extreme weights or multiple individuals.
  10. Wink: automatic spell, recharge 2; you may target yourself or a willing or helpless subject or an unattended item within 10 meters of you within line of sight; the target is warped to an unoccupied space within the same range. Warping a hostile target or carried item is Min+2

  12. Magic Bolt: spell, recharge 2; this volatile energy attack lets you roll once to damage a target twice, but crit-fails on 2-. This spell can apply one Elementalist effect when cast.
  13. -Improved- - Storm Bolt: spell, recharge 3; you attack a single target multiple times with a single roll, increasing your chance to crit fail for each additional attack (3- for 3 attacks, 5- for 5 attacks, etc) up to a maximum of 9 regardless of other modifiers. This spell can apply one Elementalist effect when cast.
  14. Animate: Animate up to 1 light objects for a limited time. Objects animated are given a will of their own to move about. That will is still tied to the will of the caster but requires no concentration to sustain on his part(unless in special circumstance). Animated objects move around either along the ground or through the air via telekinesis. On a roll of 1 while commanding the animated items they fly completely out of control attacking anything nearby. 2 charges
  15. *Ice Barrage: spell - Recharge 2 - Conjure a hailstorm to barrage a foe with ice. On crit, its freezes them, preventing them from taking actions for 1 turn.

  74. This old unicorn is light brown with a black mane and beard that is flecked with grey. Behind his thick glasses shine lavender eyes. A single silver earring can be seen in his left ear. He wears scholars robes and a red turban.

  76. Backstory:
  77. Professor Felix was a prolific Professor of Arcane History at Canterlot University. His scholarly work has included many theses and dissertations on the Pre-Celestian era of Equestrian History. His travels around the world has earned him knowledge and skill few other ponies can claim to possess. That's not to mention his best selling novel detailing his adventures in the East (although it still can't match the popularity of the Daring Do books). Although he can be a bit eccentric and sometimes even senile, he is no pony to trifle with. Professor Felix was recently removed from his position at the University for using inappropriate spells on a student's baby dragon. No further information on that incident is available. He is on a quest to achieve the coveted Neighbel Prize.
