Don't get Potion on Route 32 if don't need it for Falkner
Don't get X Att in Union Cave
Azalea Mart: Have $2236 for Potions/Super Potions (Bought 6 Potions, $486 remaining)
No centre at Azalea - Heal with Potions as you teach Fury Cutter instead
Don't get revive in Ilex Forest
Walk to Floria's Flower shop out of Whitney's Gym instead of Biking
Goldenrod 1: Sell Mud Slap (Can keep Attract for now)
Buy: TM33 | 2 X Spd, 2 X Spec, 1 X Att | 6 Escape Ropes, 1 Poke Doll (130 remaining)
Ecruteak shopping: Buy 7 Supers, 4 Paralyz Heals, 2 Awakenings
Try really fucking hard to not take Olivine Centre. Try and save 4 Surfs after Lighthouse (better to sacrifice some super effective text if needed than take it)
Don't get Guard Spec in Rocket Hideout
DO Escape Rope out of Rocket Hideout
Once you Fly to Goldenrod, go straight to Mart for second trip
Goldenrod 2: Get Return | 11 X Spec, 11 X Att, 1 Guard Spec, 1 X Acc
Ether after shopping 2 instead of in lighthouse
Don't get Earthquake in Victory Road
Generally lose 1 turn on Slowbro by not having Bite
Lose 1 turn on Koga by not having EQ
2 X Att on Bruno and Return Machamp
No Guard Spec on Karen, have X Acc in case Sand Attacked
X Att Erika and Return (is between 0-1 seconds slower when you factor in not Ice Punching Victreebel, but avoids 12 seconds of Hyper Potion potential)
Misty second and Sabrina third to avoid extra fly (almost always ohko Lapras/Espeon, is worth the time save)
Get Elixer on Route 2 instead of Cycling Road, since you don't go there
Go to Janine after Blaine - avoids Noctowl
Only 2 X Att on Red

Other route differences:

PP management is a bit different just about everywhere - Notably Ecruteak --> Rocket Hideout, Radio Tower, and Kanto

~~Potentially skip Rare Candy even if not Feraligatr? Speed DV of 14/15 beats both Hitmons 12/13 ties Lee, still 2HKO Lee. 1187 Exp off with Hitmonlee, 377 off with Hitmonchan. 362 off with Kaylee. 1991 off with nothing~~
