  9. **I had been keeping very strict and specific records about when the server was offline and when I had paid them. When it went offline, it was very near to the due date for the next month's server invoice, and they had asked me to not pay that invoice until the server was back online.

  15. **Granted, there were only a few days left before my next invoice, I still didn't like the response here, because he was only concerned with how much money I had paid them for a service they couldn't provide, and didn't care at all for all the time that the server was offline.

  22. **What he's referring to here is that they had tried to get my data back before, however because of their lack of communication, they didn't bother telling me when they had my data back. I had no clue they had my data, I gave them time to get it back, and by the time I asked again to get it back (since they wouldn't send an email saying they had it despite having my email address), they had already lost and had to retrieve it a second time. The second time, I had to hound them about every single day until I could finally get it back.

  24. **Clearly not happy about how he's trying to go about this, considering that I paid them quite a bit of money to keep that server online, then they bitch about not being paid to get the data back.

  35. **They didn't email. I had to again go out of my way to find out these details, because they don't bother letting the customer know anything except that an invoice is due soon.
