In case you were impatient like *a friend I know* and downloaded the RELOADED copy of the game, here are instructions on how to convert your saves over to the official copy.

1. Make sure you have gotten to the first save point in a new "official" game

1.  Find the old RELOADED saves here - C:\ProgramData\Orbit\274\RLD! (Save001.sav, Save002.sav)

1. Find your official saves folder here - C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\ {some number}\274 (1.save, 2.save)

1. Download a hex editor, recommend this one - http://mh-nexus.de/en/downloads.php?product=HxD

1. Open all 4 save game files in the hex editor

1. Now, select blocks 0-227 in 1.save and paste them into the top of Save001.sav Change the dropdown at top of editor from 16 to 24 to make selection easier, here is an image of how it should work - http://i.imgur.com/xlKsdw7.jpg

1. Do the same for 2.save and Save002.sav

1. Last step is to copy Save001.save and Save002.sav over to the official saves folder, delete the official saves, and rename the RELOADED saves to 1.save and 2.save

My *friend* has tested this, and it works perfectly if you follow the steps correctly. If you have a lot of playtime, definitely worth it! Let me know if you have issues.
