Barring tank Kakuna, Kyogre is able to destroy any walls. Except Grassceus. And Latias. And Palkia. And Gastrodon. If you look under the couch, I bet you find a lollipop. Oh piece of candy. No seriously, this set is so self explainatory that it's not even fun. Water Spout breaks potential checks, like Ferrothorn, and while its decreasing power is a bother, Surf is always there to back it up. Ice Beam for some checks (Grassceus, Latias), Thunder for others (Waterceus, Kia). And nothing for Gastro who no one uses. Seriously though, I don't know if I need to explain the moves for this mon, as it is the BEST GODDAMN MON IN THE GAME AND I LOVE ABSOLUTES. I want ma absolutes. And ya'll give me my absolutes. Take from the scalps from one-hundred dead Nazis, or you will frying pan drying.

Evs for Adamant Excadrill basically, could go timid for jolly Exca but w/e. Kyogre is vital for the team is two members are very weather reliant, but try playing it aggressive to deal a lot of damage anyway. And never switch into Ho-oh.

My first weather dependent mon, the former OU pig Tornadus is a nice addition to destroy Arceus-Grass, a big threat to many offensive rain teams. Taunt is nice vs rain stall, especially mons like Ferrothorn and fager Giratina, and gives me a way to beat another team archetype that would #REKK me otherwise. Biilie Jean is not my lover. She is just a girl  (Who says that I am the one, but the kid is not my son). Das it mane. Ridin yolo, we ridin solo, we ballin niqqrous. Moves are pretty standard, like Jagger: Hurricane because #ROCKYOU, Grass Knot hits Groudon, Hippo and Ttar quite hard, which is good if they stay in after they change weather, which is if they are stupid. Except TTar. U-turn for dem drivebys, neqqro. Taunt is explained, also helps in a pinch against the fucking stupid and overrated E-killer who is probably OU-worthy. If you read this E-killer, I'm coming for you b!tch. Also CM Arceus who are slower, are taunted handily as well. Regenerator is a godsend vs stall blablabla.

Fast and hit hard, EVs are standard.

I awaited the arrival of the sea turtles, yet they disappointed me yet again by not bringing the required currency to enter the clubhouse. In these tough times, I cannot blame them, yet the barbed wire tells me different, and it's gelatinous texture is quite pleasing to the fingers. Also, Excadrill sets SR, spins unreliably and pretty much never against a spinblocker. Having a rapid spinner is pleasant nonetheless. Swords Dance is there for no reason at all, Exca is slow and shitty, and Ho-oh will just rape you so I don't see much point with Rock Slide anyway. If I am lucky and the opponent has shit luck, I might muscle through Giratina every once in a while. EVs are handmade, allowing you to never get 2HKOd by Deoxys-S Fire Punch, which might give you a chance to limit it somewhat. Max special defense and HP is good for Dialga, who only 4HKOs with Fire Blast in rain. Speed creep is quite large, allowing me to creep base 90s who creep with 16 speed. While this Excadrill is obviously a sure win choice, it is outclassed by far by the overly superior SPEXCADRILL, a special attacking behemoth worthy of the likes of Mewtwo and Darkrai. However much I condone the use of a special Exdarill, I cannot give you themoveset and required EVs, as the curse has yet to be lifted and I do not wish for my toenails to render to dust upon the soles of my finest highheel boots. I am Iron Man.

Omastar is Jeromastar, it's good vs sun, and can semi check Ho-oh. It also cleans very well late-game, and can always threaten with the deadly Shell Smash. A Hydro Pump in rain dents OU mons like Ferrothorn, Tentacruel and Extremekiller Arceus (I'd like to see DeShaundelure top that). No seriously, hitting stuff hard in rain is awesome. In sun, it's not that awesome, but Omastar can always threaten with a timed Shell Smash.
