  1. >Fluttershy stares at you for a little bit
  2. >”Talk…? About what?” she asks. “About h-how you’ve managed to change so suddenly?”
  3. We can talk about that too. After. Please, Fluttershy, you know what I want to talk about.
  4. >There’s more silence. She’s looking down to the ground. Yeah, she knows
  5. >The cold wind starts to bleed through your jacket
  6. Fluttershy, would it be alright if I came in? Would you mind?
  7. >She looks up to you
  8. >”O-oh, not at all! Please, come in!”
  9. >She opens the door for you
  10. >You briskly walk in, to shake the cold off, and walk in to the familiar house
  11. >It hasn’t changed much at all. Though it looks like some simple household chores have been neglected
  12. >Suddenly, the sound of locks turning scrapes against your eardrums
  13. >You spin around to see Fluttershy doing up a plethora of them. Must be 6 or so
  14. >Don’t think much of it. She had them like that before…
  15. >You walk over to her couch and take a seat, folding your hands over each other
  16. >After tending to the door, the yellow mare approaches the couch as well, hopping up and laying down on her belly across
  17. >The air is still, and neither of you say a word for a bit
  18. >You take a deep breath
  19. Fluttershy… again, you know why I’m here.
  20. >Her ears perk up to listen
  21. It’s an… awkward subject for me. But… what happened, all those years ago…
  22. >She puts on a face of slight confusion
  23. >You let out a single breathy laugh. Why do you keep forgetting?
  24. I mean, months… for you, anyway… all those months ago…
  25. >Man, this is harder than you thought
  26. >You lean back into the couch a little more to get slightly more comfortable
  27. >Breathe in, breathe out
  28. >…maybe start with a simple question?
  29. …well, can I ask? Why did you do it?
  30. >She tilts her head at you
  31. >”Umm… what are we talking about again?”
  32. >Ugh, she’s making this harder than it needs to be
  33. The day I left. And, well, the night before it too. Why…
  34. >You run your hand through your hair
  35. >Years of being a fairly “dominant” guy, for lack of better words, has made any situation where you were overpowered in such a way embarrassing
  36. …why did you tie me up? Why were you kissing me that night? Why were you going to…
  37. >You stop yourself
  38. >Do you dare use that word?
  39. Why were you going to…
  40. >”Show you my love?”
  41. >You turn your head to her quickly
  42. >You feel a quick flash of anger
  43. >How can she think of it like that!?
  44. >But it quickly passes
  45. >This is awkward enough already. Just… roll with it
  46. Sure, let’s go with that. Why were you going to “show me your love”?
  47. >”Well… because I… loved you, Anon. Or…
  48. >She mumbles something
  49. What?
  50. >”Or… *love * you… Anon…”
  51. >She meekly turns away
  52. >”Even if you look different now… even if you’re older…”
  53. >You grab the basketball next to you and dig your fingers into it
  54. >Does she really think this?
  55. Fluttershy… that’s not showing your love…
  56. >She looks up to you once more
  57. That was… that was going to be…
  58. >Drop the bomb?
  59. >Sure…
  60. …rape.
  61. >It’s almost therapeutic to get that word out
  62. On a KID, no less…
  63. >You weren’t looking at her as you said these words
  64. >So you glance over to her
  65. >She’s looking at you in shock
  66. >”B-But… I wasn’t… that wasn’t what I…”
  67. But it was.
  68. >You look away once again and gaze out her window
  69. >What a beautifully solemn winter night
  70. >”That’s what the other girls were saying too…”
  71. Well… because it’s true.
  72. >You turn back to her
  73. I said no. You can’t take that choice from a person.
  74. >”But… I wasn’t…”
  75. >She gazes down at her folded feet
  76. >And here you thought you might be making progress
  77. >You internally groan, and stand up
  78. Fluttershy, I can’t be talking to a brick wall like this. You have to try to see things my way.
  79. >She also stands up and hops off the couch
  80. >She looks up at you
  81. >Funny…
  82. >8 years ago, you were only maybe half a foot taller than these p0nies. Now, you’re over two
  83. >”Maybe… maybe it’s you who needs to see things MY way, Anon…”
  84. >Oh... shit?
  85. >Was that a threat of some kind?
  86. >”Y-You’re here now… I thought I lost you forever…
  87. >She turns away from you
  88. >”I was so sad… so lost…”
  89. >She jerks her head back to you
  90. >”But now… you’re back! I’ve been granted a second chance!”
  91. >What’s she going on about…?
  92. >You stuff your hands in your pockets and start averting your eyes
  93. >”Anon… please, let me show you my love…”
  94. >It’s like an icy stab of shock to your heart
  95. >It radiates throughout your entire body
  96. >Keep calm, Anon
  97. >She can’t do anything
  98. Fluttershy… no. You can’t. I can’t. I don’t see you that way.
  99. >You walk over and pick up your basketball
  100. Plus… I already have someone to love…
  101. >You think back to the one you left behind
  102. >You breathe in deeply, then let out a relaxing sigh
  103. >”Back where you came from?” she asks, trotting over to you slightly
  104. Yeah. Back on Earth.
  105. >For the first time since arriving back, you’re actually thinking about Tiff
  106. >All that planning, all that mentally psyching up
  107. >Could have been for nothing…
  108. >”Well…” says Fluttershy, resting a hoof on your lower back
  109. >”Who knows how long it’ll be til you see her again…”
  110. >Your eyes widen a little
  111. >Those words dig deep into you
  112. >But you don’t show it, not to her
  113. >”…or if you even will at all.”
  114. >Burrowing deeper and deeper
  115. >A mixture of sorrow and rage is fermenting inside you
  116. >You try to quell it, but this odd, foreign emotion may take hold
  117. >You better nip this in the bud, if you can
  118. >You bounce your ball once or twice
  119. Fluttershy… I think we’re done talking. For now.
  120. >You refuse eye contact, and begin to walk toward the door
  121. >You better leave, before you do something you may regret
  122. >Or she
  123. >Suddenly, you feel a weight smash against you, knocking you over flat on your face
  124. >Fluttershy rests on your back, sitting
  125. >”You can’t leave yet, Anon! Not now that I have my chance! Not now that I have…”
  126. >Your ball rolls slowly away from you
  127. >”…you.”
  128. Fluttershy…
  129. >”No!” she shouts
  130. >Whoa, where did that come from?
  131. >”You listen to me, buster. You let me show you. I’ve waited too long for this. I thought I’d never get the chance. I’m not letting you go.”
  132. >You sigh
  133. >Who does she think she is?
  134. >You press your hands on the ground and push yourself up
  135. >Easily taking Fluttershy up with you
  136. >For the brief moment it takes you to do your push up, Fluttershy shows signs of quick bewilderment
  137. >A little added weight on your pushup is virtually nothing to you
  138. >You tilt your body over, dropping her off
  139. >And get up on your feet
  140. >Fluttershy’s wide eyed
  141. >You don’t think she knew what you were capable of
  142. >Not like you needed to be a college athlete to move someone as light as her
  143. >You walk over and pick her up with ease
  144. >”H-hey! What are you doing?”
  145. Putting you to bed.
  146. >”N-Not without you, you’re not!”
  147. Fluttershy…
  148. >That feeling of rageful sorrow seems to have subsided
  149. >You begin, finding it hard to stifle your laugh
  150. Just… can it.
  151. >She gasps a little
  152. I’m not the same boy I was when you last saw me. I’m a grown man. There’s nothing you can do I can’t overcome.
  153. >You think back to your final day in Equestria
  154. I could probably break out of those bindings you had me in all that time ago by myself, at this point.
  155. >She’s trying to find words to say
  156. >You don’t think she has any idea how to trump you
  157. >You’re up the stairs now
  158. >You walk down the hall and turn into her room
  159. >And place her down onto her bed
  160. Now get some rest, okay? We’ll talk later. You’re obviously not ready for this yet.
  161. >Her eyes squint up in mild anger
  162. >.”…no! You listen to me!”
  163. >She begins
  164. >”umm… please?”
  165. >You sigh
  166. Please, just… give it up.
  167. >There’s no way she can force you down, tie you up, or anything
  168. >You’re bulletproof
  169. We’ll talk later. Alright? At least this was a start.
  170. >She’s not looking at you. Her eyes are focused at her feet
  171. >Deep focus
  172. >…what’s she thinking about?
  173. >She breathes in deeply
  174. >Then, her pupils look up to you
  175. >And lock with yours
  176. >…holy shit
  177. >Her whole head looks up to meet yours
  178. >…
  179. >And just like that…
  180. >Your brain was scrambling
  181. >You could feel your muscles start to lock up
  182. >You tighten your focus and snap your muscles to your attention
  183. >You try to break eye-contact, but…
  184. >You…can’t!
  185. >Your brain is a mess
  186. >Your mind is straining at max capacity
  187. >You actually drop a knee
  188. >You were ready for anything physical, but…
  189. >You never thought she was capable of anything like this
  190. >Anything… psychological
  191. >What the hell is she doing!?
  192. >She steps forward a little on the bed, keeping her stare centered on you
  193. >You place a hand on the ground for added balance
  194. >You’re gritting your teeth
  195. >It’s like that episode of Dragonball Z you watched as a kid
  196. >Cell is firing his Kamehameha wave at Gohan, and he’s barely countering with his own, struggling with his whole being just to hold on, leaving all he has on that battlefield
  197. >You’re Gohan in this situation. You’re Gohan and she’s Perfect Cell
  198. >This was a trained gaze
  199. >You start to grunt slightly
  200. >As you would if you were working out
  201. Fl-Fluttershy…
  202. >This is exhausting
  203. What are you… what are you d-doing?
  204. >”If I can’t get you to stay with my own strength…”
  205. >She says, stepping off the bed and closer to you
  206. >”I’ll keep you here with my mind!”
  207. >Her mind…?
  208. >”With The Stare!”
  209. >She beams another blast of focus at you
  210. >You visibly wince at this
  211. >Sweat is beading at the top of your forehead, some traveling down your face
  212. >She’s really close now
  213. >You gotta find a way out of this, or she may end up finishing the job she started eight years ago
  214. >And nobody will be showing up looking for you this time
  215. >Quick, you need to think of something to do
  216. >Agh! But every fiber of your conscious mind is focused on resisting this gaze of hers!
  217. >You should have listened to Twilight
  218. >Coming to her cottage alone to talk was a bad idea
  219. >You even led yourself right into her room
  220. >What on God’s green Earth were you thinking?
  221. >Well, there’s your problem
  222. >This isn’t God’s green Earth at all
  223. Fluttersh-shy…
  224. >You manage to get out
  225. I’ll… I’ll do it…
  226. >What are you even saying?
  227. >You literally have no idea
  228. >You’re too focused on resisting
  229. >Whatever you said didn’t seem to work
  230. I’ll do it… let me… let me work on you…
  231. >You caught a little of that
  232. >Did you just say…?
  233. I can… you can’t… like this, I’ll be… useless…
  234. >”What are you saying?” she asks
  235. >You can feel the stare lighten just a little
  236. I have… hands. I could, you know… help you out?
  237. >The glare is backing off
  238. >Your head is clearing
  239. >You think you know where you’re going with this
  240. If you incapacitate me, what fun would that be?
  241. >Fluttershy’s eyes turn almost completely off
  242. >Now, she’s more just glaring at you
  243. >Your mind feels like it’s doing a hard reboot
  244. >You get your thoughts together and continue
  245. >You’re breathing heavily
  246. Why not let me work my magic on you? Work my fingers, you know?
  247. >Her eyes lighten up, her eyebrows uncurl, and her mouth begins to smile a little
  248. >”Oh Anon… I knew you’d come around…~”
  249. >You let out a nervous laugh
  250. Yeah…
  251. >Shit, what are you doing?
  252. Well, go on… on the bed…
  253. >You point
  254. >God, plan ahead, Anon! You can’t wing this forever!
  255. >What happens if…!
  256. >She hops up on the bed and lays on her back
  257. >She spreads her legs
  258. >Oh Lord…
  259. >It’s so… glistening and… wet…
  260. >Is it…winking at you?
  261. >”Well don’t keep me waiting~”
  262. >You step over to the bed and sit down on the edge
  263. >You look up to her needy, greedy eyes
  264. >Then her body
  265. >You sigh internally
  266. >You lift up your hand, and place it
  267. >Directly on
  268. >Her stomach
  269. >And start scratching and rubbing
  270. >Initially, she shows a sign of shock and confusion
  271. >And realization of devious trickery
  272. >But soon, she melts into the motion of your hand
  273. >Her eyes roll back a little
  274. >Oh… oh my~”
  275. >Holy fuck, how did you manage this?
  276. >You’re keeping her at bay, but you better keep it up
  277. >She’s expecting more
  278. >She’s probably expecting… everything
  279. >She wants to ride the pony snake all the way to tuna town
  280. >Or the… human snake…
  281. >Think quick!
  282. >Your other hand reaches around her head and starts scratching behind her ear
  283. >She lets out a small “eep!” and melts into the bed
  284. >She’s starting to seep down her legs
  285. >Holy shit, these p0nies get way wetter than any girl you’ve ever been with
  286. >Wait…
  287. >Could that have been why…?
  288. >”Anon…”
  289. >She says, still mesmerized by your handiwork
  290. >”P-Put it in…”
  291. >Hard shock pangs against your core
  292. >Think fast, man! You gotta get out of this!
  293. Actually, I…
  294. >Faster!
  295. Twilight should be here any second, and…
  296. >”Twilight!?” she exclaims, knocking herself out of your trance
  297. >You dart your hands back
  298. Yeah!
  299. >You yell, rolling with it
  300. She said she’d be checking up on me if I took too long, and, well, I was here way longer than I said I would…
  301. >She thinks for a second, then kind of closes her legs
  302. >Really? Just like that?
  303. >What’s the reasoning behind that…?
  304. …You want Twilight’s forgiveness, don’t you?
  305. >You ask
  306. >She turns away, and meekly nods
  307. Well… she won’t get that if she sees what you’re doing…
  308. >She turns back
  309. >”But… but you wanted to!”
  310. >Shit
  311. >You get up off the bed and turn your back
  312. Well Fluttershy… no, I didn’t really.
  313. >What are you saying!?
  314. >You’re squandering your efforts here!
  315. I did that to… get that stare off of me.
  316. >Damnit Anon, you better know what you’re doing
  317. >Lest she starts that shit again
  318. >You’re not looking at her
  319. >For more than one reason
  320. I told you… I have someone to love already. I just… can’t.
  321. >You hear her sigh
  322. Plus… I… I just don’t see p0nies that way. I’m a human, we’re different.
  323. >You hear her hop off the bed, followed by her beating wings
  324. >”Anon! But you said…”
  325. I said a lot of things, Fluttershy.
  326. >You start walking to the door
  327. I want this talk to happen still. But I want it to happen in public, okay?
  328. >You sit, waiting for an answer
  329. >You only hear her beating wings
  330. We’ll cover tonight as well. I need to get through to you on this.
  331. >”And I…” she starts
  332. >”…I need to get through to you, too. On… this.”
  333. >You feel a tongue drag up from the base of your neck
  334. >You stumble forward in surprise
  335. >You turn to look at her
  336. >She’s not using The Stare
  337. >”I want those hands again, Anon,” she states
  338. >”But it’s not the only thing I want. And if I have to sacrifice those hands with The Stare to get that…”
  339. >Instinctively, you turn away
  340. >”I will.”
  341. >You put your hands in your coat pockets and gaze at the ground
  342. What about Twilight? What about her forgiveness?
  343. >You state
  344. >It’s like the topic was gone from her mind already
  345. >You only hear her beating wings again
  346. >”I’ll… I’ll think of something…”
  347. >You sigh
  348. >It’s time to bail while you can
  349. I better leave before Twilight shows.
  350. >You bluff again
  351. We’ll schedule that talk for another time, alright?
  352. >Why are you even bothering?
  353. >Honestly?
  354. >”We may be meeting sooner than you think… m-mister…”
  355. >Her words send a chill down your spine
  356. >”And… d-don’t even think about telling Twilight about this…”
  357. >A weak attempt at a threat
  358. >But it still resides with you…
  359. >It’s obvious who has the leverage now
  360. >But still, you’ll put on your act
  361. Goodbye, Fluttershy.
  362. >You take your first steps out the door
  363. >”Goodbye… sweetie.” She says
  364. >The word is like a dagger
  365. >You ignore her
  366. >Descending the stairs, you grab your basketball, undo the locks, and head outside
  367. >You take long strides away from the cottage
  368. >When it’s a fair bit behind you… you drop your composure
  369. >Tears start flowing from your eyes
  370. >Your legs wobble, and almost give
  371. >You sob a little
  372. >What a terrible… horrifying experience
  373. >You were almost raped yet again
  374. >And your mind was pushed to its absolute limits
  375. >And you’re STILL going to talk with her!
  376. >You IDIOT!
  377. >This mare can immobilize you any time she wants!
  378. >You were fucking lucky to get out of that house unscathed!
  379. >She could have just as easily kept you there!
  380. >And you’re
  381. >Still!
  382. >Going!
  383. >To see her!
  384. >AGAIN!
  385. >…
  386. >You’re crouching on the path now, hands to your face
  387. >You let out a single sob
  388. >Come on, man
  389. >Breathe in
  390. >Breathe out
  391. >You wipe your eyes
  392. >One more time
  393. >Breathe in
  394. >Breathe out
  395. >Stand up straight
  396. >Exhale
  397. >You’re alright, man, just play it cool
  398. >You bounce your basketball a couple of times
  399. >It’s a problem, but… try not to dwell on it now
  400. >You begin your walk again
  401. >It must be around midnight now as you stroll into P0nyville
  402. >It’s like a ghost town at night, everyone tucked comfortably and warmly in their beds, sawing logs to prepare for the next day
  403. >What are you going to do the next day, Anon?
  404. >You exhale a nasal sigh
  405. >And bounce your ball a couple of times
  406. >You approach the treehouse library
  407. >The lights are off, Twilight must have gone to bed already
  408. >Figured you could handle Fluttershy on your own
  409. >…man, you were both wrong
  410. >You look over to the snow-cleared area under your basketball net
  411. >…you need to relieve some stress anyway
  412. >You walk over, the ball echoing throughout the town
  413. >You’re not concerned wholly about waking anyone
  414. >You don’t remember it being a problem as a kid when you played
  415. >Standing approximately where a freethrow line would be, you take a shot
  416. >Swish
  417. >The ball bumps off the tree and rolls back to you
  418. >You pick it up again
  419. >Bounce it two or three times
  420. >Shoot again
  421. >Bumps off the backboard, into the net
  422. >Two for two, Anon
  423. >The ball rolls again to you, and you grip it between your fingers
  424. >Then, the sound of a basketball is heard
  425. >Puzzled, you look down at yours
  426. >”So, it’s really true, huh?” you hear from your right
  427. >The voice is familiar
  428. >”You are back.”
  429. >You glance over to the voice
  430. >A blue mare with a rainbow mane is standing at the edge of the cleared snow, bouncing a basketball with her wing
  431. >Your favorite ball, the one you lost eight years ago
  432. >You had a hunch it was here in Equestria
  433. >She folds her wings with the ball behind her back, and takes a shot with her wings
  434. >The ball swishes
  435. >You look back over to her
  436. That’s a three pointer there, Ms. Dash.
  437. >She walks over, grabbing her basketball along the way
  438. >”I’ve been practicing.” She says with a smile
  439. >”...and I told you not to call me that!” She mocks, bumping your leg with her own
  440. >Your eyes meet as you gaze down at her
  441. >A brief pause
  442. >Then almost instantly, she takes to the air and flings her front hooves around you
  443. >”…I missed you, squirt,” she says, hugging you tighter
  444. >You return the hug, patting her on the back

  454. >Sinking the three pointer
  455. How about I teach you how to play one-on-one?
  456. >She lands back on the ground and starts dribbling her own ball
  457. >She takes a shot
  458. >Off the backboard, in the net
