  1. [2013-05-12 01:20:22] <Vieral> 10 Sunrise comes over Rustline, the city's inhabitants in a mix and match of activity, including Mad_Modd, Laini, Arx_Sanare, Shady_Steps, and Warm_Smiles.
  2. [2013-05-12 01:21:49] * Warm_Smiles sits watching the sunrise from his room. He then pulls his armour and cloak on and exits the room.
  3. [2013-05-12 01:22:40] * Shady_Steps wakes up next to Hilde and sighs slipping out of the nest/bed and writing a note as she gets ready to make her way to the middle of town leaving a quick kiss on the cheek of the griffin before slipping out of the door
  4. [2013-05-12 01:25:47] * Arx_Sanare is still asleep as usual. He dreams of a certain griffin, he is hopefully going to find next to him, when he awakes.
  5. [2013-05-12 01:26:03] * Laini rolls out of bed and makes some breakfast for Modd and herself (2 cans of prewar food), then siletly slips out of the room to do some shopping. After she is done, she goes back to the room and wiggles into her barding. She examines the Body Spikes they found at the slaver outpost, but doesn't put them on.
  6. [2013-05-12 01:27:36] <Vieral> 10 Icewing rubs Arx_Sanare's side as he gets up, surprisingly early for a night owl as himself and wanders off
  7. [2013-05-12 01:27:53] <Vieral> 10 Hilde snores softly at Shady_Steps' exit
  8. [2013-05-12 01:28:24] <Vieral> 10 Chief passes Warm_Smiles a cup of coffee, a solemn look on his face as he watches the sunrise with him
  9. [2013-05-12 01:29:32] * Warm_Smiles takes the cup, nods in thanks, and drinks a little, "You watch it too?"
  10. [2013-05-12 01:30:55] <Vieral> 10 Chief nods slowly, ''helps me remember, y'know? not as young as I look...'' he sighs, ''still remember the Talon days.''
  11. [2013-05-12 01:32:26] * Arx_Sanare murmurs a bit in his sleep, his soft mane waving around his head. He turns a bit and realises, Icewing is missing. "Mmhh...honey?"
  12. [2013-05-12 01:33:14] * Warm_Smiles nods, "A merc as well? I wouldn't have thought it."
  13. [2013-05-12 01:33:54] <Vieral> 10 Icewing walks back in, holding a cup of smelly liquid in his right talons, ''I'm right here, cutie~'' he grins, ''surprised you can talk straight after last night...'' half his feathers are mussed over in the wrong directions
  14. [2013-05-12 01:34:39] * Arx_Sanare chuckles and imediately groans as his head pounds. "Ow...I'm surprised myself..."
  15. [2013-05-12 01:34:51] <Vieral> 10 Shady's travels bring her to the still setting up maketplace, a travelling trader just arriving
  16. [2013-05-12 01:34:59] * Shady_Steps makes her way to the middle of town and sits on a bench/wall/chair/resonantwithteaandcupcackes/other while she waits for her friends
  17. [2013-05-12 01:36:32] * Shady_Steps makes her way to the trader noting that she had little in the way of caps... perhaps some of the richer ponies around her might not notice a few caps missing from there bags... regardless she looks over what the trader has
  18. [2013-05-12 01:37:07] * Mad_Modd grumbles something and rolls over in bed, wondering why he isn't warm any more
  19. [2013-05-12 01:37:37] <Vieral> 10 Chief chuckles as he motions over himself with a talon, ''with this look? grizzled veteran and all that crap.'' he smirks, ''folks'd normally think 'he's got to be a merc' when they see me.''
  20. [2013-05-12 01:39:34] * Laini sits in the room, having breakfast.
  21. [2013-05-12 01:39:56] * Warm_Smiles drinks the coffee, "I just see someone who's taken the wastes head on. Appearances can be deceiving."
  22. [2013-05-12 01:41:00] * Laini attempts to make 2 portions of blood-stopping goo while she waits for Modd to get out of bed.
  23. [2013-05-12 01:41:50] * Mad_Modd is sitting next to Laini "Wasn't I just sleeping.... and in bed?"
  24. [2013-05-12 01:42:56] * Laini giggles "You still are."
  25. [2013-05-12 01:43:30] * Mad_Modd shrugs and nuzzles the zebra
  26. [2013-05-12 01:44:58] * Laini puts the one portion of goo into her bags and throws the smelly paste into the drain, then nuzzles back. "Shall we meet the others?"
  27. [2013-05-12 01:46:00] * Mad_Modd leans against her a bit, kissing her cheek "We have a little time still"
  28. [2013-05-12 01:46:53] * Shady_Steps looks around and huffs "where are they?"
  29. [2013-05-12 01:47:22] * Laini hops onto the bed and engages Modd in a deep kiss
  30. [2013-05-12 01:49:00] * Mad_Modd returns her kiss. An hour and a half later the mad pony and zebra meet up with the others...
  31. [2013-05-12 01:50:07] * Shady_Steps looks around and spots the pair heading towards her and waves "hay, over here!"
  32. [2013-05-12 01:50:31] * Laini has a hickie on her neck, clearly visible.
  33. [2013-05-12 01:51:01] * Mad_Modd also has clearly visible hickie on his neck
  34. [2013-05-12 01:54:27] * Shady_Steps blinks at hickie's not knowing what they are but she has some slight claw marks on her hooves and face with lots more under her barding as well as her mane looking worse then normal "hay what have you been doing?"
  35. [2013-05-12 01:56:02] <Vieral> 10 Icewing helps Arx_Sanare take care of his hangover with said drink before shooing him to meet with his friends, a few seconds behind Mad_Modd and Laini
  36. [2013-05-12 01:56:55] * Mad_Modd blushes, looking like me got with his hoof in the cookie jar "Nothin..."
  37. [2013-05-12 01:57:21] * Arx_Sanare looks over his shoulder, smiling at Icewing as he leaves. His mane and tail are slightly disheveled, but are already starting to right themselves. Yes alicorn magic is just that aweseome. ;P
  38. [2013-05-12 01:58:57] * Shady_Steps blinks at Mad_Modd "what?"
  39. [2013-05-12 01:59:27] * Arx_Sanare arrives and looks at Shady_Steps, smirking. "Also had a nice feathery bed for the night?"
  40. [2013-05-12 02:00:04] * Shady_Steps face goes bright red at that and she tries to hide under her mane "well umm..."
  41. [2013-05-12 02:01:10] * Arx_Sanare grins stupidly and stares off into the distance. "Me too..."
  42. [2013-05-12 02:01:55] * Mad_Modd blink blinks "Ummm.... what are you talking about?"
  43. [2013-05-12 02:02:15] * Shady_Steps cant help but giggle at that and offers Arx_Sanare a hoofbump "oh nothing~"
  44. [2013-05-12 02:03:17] * Arx_Sanare giggles and bumps hooves.
  45. [2013-05-12 02:03:32] <Vieral> 10 Chief sends Warm_Smiles on his way, ''the boys say your group's at the marketplace. might want to go get ready for your trip...''
  46. [2013-05-12 02:04:08] * Warm_Smiles nods and walks to the marketplace.
  47. [2013-05-12 02:05:42] * Shady_Steps waves to Warm_Smiles "hay!"
  48. [2013-05-12 02:06:11] * Laini waves as well
  49. [2013-05-12 02:06:44] * Arx_Sanare "Welcome back, Warm!" He waves, too.
  50. [2013-05-12 02:06:50] * Mad_Modd has the feeling that Warm was going to kill him....
  51. [2013-05-12 02:06:54] * Warm_Smiles moves over to the group, nodding and even brightening up a little.
  52. [2013-05-12 02:09:10] * Shady_Steps has the Filthy Rich Plushy sticking out of her saddlebags slightly
  53. [2013-05-12 02:09:23] * Mad_Modd blinks, suddenly finding a cap at his hoof "Sweet! Free caps"
  54. [2013-05-12 02:11:59] <Vieral> 10 Laini finds one of her caps is missing... how odd.
  55. [2013-05-12 02:13:35] <Vieral> 10 Shady's shoulder seems a bit more roughed up than usual, a thin trickle of blood matting the fur
  56. [2013-05-12 02:14:47] * Shady_Steps blinks and puts a hoof to her shoulder before wincing and pulling her hoof back and seeing blood making her blush as she works out how it happened
  57. [2013-05-12 02:16:20] * Mad_Modd sees the blood "Aaaahhh.... Shady you're bleeding...."
  58. [2013-05-12 02:17:20] * Warm_Smiles frowns at the blood, "What happened?"
  59. [2013-05-12 02:17:58] * Shady_Steps nods "yeah, its not too bad but could you look at it Laini?" she moves her barding down slightly so her wound is exposed "i umm, well... i might have been bitten..."
  60. [2013-05-12 02:18:26] * Laini examines the wound and then applies a bandage to stop the bleeding.
  61. [2013-05-12 02:19:09] * Shady_Steps thanks Laini and pulls her barding back over her shaking to get it to sit right "so we ready to go?"
  62. [2013-05-12 02:19:13] * Mad_Modd raises an eyebrow "Shady why dose that look like a bite mark.... from a griffin?"
  63. [2013-05-12 02:19:47] * Shady_Steps blinks "i... well do you remember Hilde?" she sighs
  64. [2013-05-12 02:20:14] * Warm_Smiles lights a cigarette, "Who?"
  65. [2013-05-12 02:20:16] <Mad_Modd> "And?"
  66. [2013-05-12 02:20:42] * Shady_Steps blushes at modd
  67. [2013-05-12 02:21:18] * Laini frowns at Warm "You should cut down the cigarretes."
  68. [2013-05-12 02:21:25] * Mad_Modd cackles a bit, now knowing what happened
  69. [2013-05-12 02:23:05] * Arx_Sanare 's mane blows to the side by the wind, also shortly revealing a wound pretty similar to Shady_Steps'
  70. [2013-05-12 02:23:24] * Warm_Smiles looks to Laini and gives an amused snort, "You're not the first to tell me that. I will, eventually."
  71. [2013-05-12 02:26:31] * Shady_Steps nods and pulls her pipbuck up "so shall we get going? or are you going to talk about my condition all day" she glances at Arx_Sanare and giggles slightly
  72. [2013-05-12 02:27:19] * Mad_Modd raises a hoof "I vote we talk about how Shady got laid all day!"
  73. [2013-05-12 02:28:05] * Arx_Sanare gasps and blushes just as red as Shady_Steps
  74. [2013-05-12 02:28:27] <Mad_Modd> "Arx too!"
  75. [2013-05-12 02:28:53] * Shady_Steps half wants to pounce Mad_Modd for that.. she looks at Arx_Sanare "you hold him down?" she grins
  76. [2013-05-12 02:29:09] * Laini drops ears in surprise, then giggles a little
  77. [2013-05-12 02:29:49] * Mad_Modd scratches at his hickie "What?"
  78. [2013-05-12 02:30:46] <Laini> "We should get going. The rangers may be waiting for us already."
  79. [2013-05-12 02:31:07] * Arx_Sanare looks at her in confusion. "No, he me...oh!" He grins, then levitates Mad_Modd up.
  80. [2013-05-12 02:31:39] * Shady_Steps pulls out gender bending potion "say sorry modd"
  81. [2013-05-12 02:31:55] * Mad_Modd flails "Oh come on!"
  82. [2013-05-12 02:32:09] * Shady_Steps pulls it closer to the colt "say it"
  83. [2013-05-12 02:32:26] * Mad_Modd flails harder "Laini halp!"
  84. [2013-05-12 02:32:39] * Laini steps between Mod and the others "Please, leave him be. You know how he is."
  85. [2013-05-12 02:32:52] * Shady_Steps rolls her eyes and puts the potion back and nods to Arx_Sanare
  86. [2013-05-12 02:33:23] * Warm_Smiles sighs and continues smoking, "We should stock up on what we can before we go."
  87. [2013-05-12 02:33:55] * Arx_Sanare sets him back down, but gives him a swat on the flank as he grins.
  88. [2013-05-12 02:34:17] * Shady_Steps pulls out her 21 caps "i dont have many.."
  89. [2013-05-12 02:34:26] * Laini nods to Warm_Smiles "I couldn't find a food merchant. We should stock up."
  90. [2013-05-12 02:34:38] * Mad_Modd meeps and runs over to Laini, hugging her "You saved me!" giving her a big kiss on the mouth
  91. [2013-05-12 02:36:10] * Warm_Smiles nods to Laini, ignoring Modd as he walks to the nearest food merchant.
  92. [2013-05-12 02:37:08] * Laini follows Warm to a food merchant and buys pure water and food for 56 caps
  93. [2013-05-12 02:39:52] * Arx_Sanare follows behind the rest, not having money to buy anything.
  94. [2013-05-12 02:40:47] * Mad_Modd follows, a little embarrassed by what he did
  95. [2013-05-12 02:42:24] * Laini turns to Shady_Steps as they walk. "Shady, I have this crossbow Warm gave me. I am not skilled wit it, so I thought you might like it. I have some bolts for it too."
  96. [2013-05-12 02:43:34] * Shady_Steps blinks "oh yeah sure, i can use it" she smiles
  97. [2013-05-12 02:44:32] <Warm_Smiles> "Anyone find any explosives? Or cigarettes?"
  98. [2013-05-12 02:46:50] * Laini hoofs Shady the Crossbow (75% CND) and 14 crossbow bolts

  100. [2013-05-12 02:57:46] <Vieral> 10 After much trading and embarassing, the party heads on their way, trekking south by south west to Shady_Steps' stable, the unicorn mare giving directions on the way
  101. [2013-05-12 03:08:07] <Vieral> 10 on their trip, the group pause by an interesting shed and decide to check it's contents
  102. [2013-05-12 03:09:09] * Laini scouts the surrundings and finds some herbs
  103. [2013-05-12 03:09:37] * Shady_Steps points to the shed "lets take a look"
  104. [2013-05-12 03:10:17] * Warm_Smiles nods and moves up to the shed, "Shall I?"
  105. [2013-05-12 03:11:14] * Shady_Steps nods "just don't blow it up"
  106. [2013-05-12 03:11:54] * Warm_Smiles kicks the shed open, looking inside, "Just a body. Long dead."
  107. [2013-05-12 03:12:37] * Arx_Sanare just keeps a lookout.
  108. [2013-05-12 03:12:49] * Shady_Steps looks in "eww, well you have fun" she turns away and keeps lookout with Arx_Sanare
  109. [2013-05-12 03:13:22] * Warm_Smiles stops and frowns, "What do you mean by that?"
  110. [2013-05-12 03:13:33] * Laini goes inside and takes a look at the corpse to determine the cause of death.
  111. [2013-05-12 03:13:49] * Shady_Steps waves a hoof "smells in there"
  112. [2013-05-12 03:13:57] * Mad_Modd checks the body "Lovely, this didn't look quick"
  113. [2013-05-12 03:16:21] * Laini frowns and points to several wounds "Those are bites and there are signs of struggle. He must have been eaten alive and maybe died of blood loss."
  114. [2013-05-12 03:18:55] * Warm_Smiles frowns and draws his rifle, "By what?"
  115. [2013-05-12 03:19:27] <Mad_Modd> "Blood loss? Then why is the floor clean?"
  116. [2013-05-12 03:22:21] <Laini> "Maybe he was killed by Bloodwings or a similat creature that feeds on blood."

  119. [2013-05-12 03:24:03] * Warm_Smiles studies the body closely for bite evidence and nods, "Eyes peeled, guns ready."

  121. [2013-05-12 03:28:57] * Shady_Steps blinks and looks at the shed "what?"

  124. [2013-05-12 03:30:15] * Warm_Smiles moves out of the shed, "Modd, Laini, get behind me. No one gets hit in the crossfire."
  125. [2013-05-12 03:30:25] <Vieral> 10 A pair of Paradors crawl from the rafters, the corpse's blood still dried on their mandables as they buzz louder

  130. [2013-05-12 03:40:27] <Vieral> 10 The left Parador's thorax is torn open, the creature falling to the floor with a faint splat as the other one's head is torn open by the shotgun shell, still hanging onto the rafter somehow

  135. [2013-05-12 03:46:09] * Arx_Sanare disspells his shield and follows the rest

  137. [2013-05-12 03:48:30] * Laini rips one off the only useable wing and follows the others.
  138. [2013-05-12 03:48:47] * Warm_Smiles takes out another cigarette and lights up, motioning for Laini to catch up.

  141. [2013-05-12 03:50:25] <Vieral> 10 as the group leaves, they're surprised that they're not being followed, making it the rest of the way to Shady_Steps' stable with very little incident.

  145. [2013-05-12 03:53:37] * Mad_Modd watches behind the group, shotgun out but held low
  146. [2013-05-12 03:53:53] * Shady_Steps stands up to the door "Shady steps, Stable politician, Identification number 348 let me in"
  147. [2013-05-12 03:54:06] * Arx_Sanare stays a bit behind, not sure how Vault ponies would react to him.
  148. [2013-05-12 03:54:08] * Laini just look around, feeling intruiged by the door.
  149. [2013-05-12 03:54:30] * Warm_Smiles eyes up the stable door and holsters his weapon.
  150. [2013-05-12 03:55:07] <Vieral> 10 The door lights up, not really moving as a camera above it turns to Shady_Steps, then the others before switching off
  151. [2013-05-12 03:58:32] * Warm_Smiles continues smoking, looking around the area.
  152. [2013-05-12 03:59:07] * Mad_Modd "Ahhh.... Shady you sure we got the right stable?"
  153. [2013-05-12 03:59:46] * Shady_Steps nods "yeah this is the right place... Warm put that out we don't smoke here"
  154. [2013-05-12 04:00:13] <Mad_Modd> "Hack the door?"
  155. [2013-05-12 04:01:03] <Warm_Smiles> "Currently, I'm still outside."
  156. [2013-05-12 04:02:16] * Laini looks a bit puzzled "Why would anybody burry a giant gear in a cave?"
  157. [2013-05-12 04:02:54] <Vieral> 10 Shady is suddenly whisked away by some unsen character, the door barely opening for her and whatever had grabbed her before closing shut with a loud thump
  158. [2013-05-12 04:05:01] * Mad_Modd "What the fuck was that?" trotting up to the door and banging on it "Hey! Where'd Shady go?"
  159. [2013-05-12 04:07:02] * Warm_Smiles spits out his cigarette, looking at the door, "It's a lot easier for all of us if you just open up."
  160. [2013-05-12 04:08:46] * Laini stares "Nini ilitokea tu?" (What just happened?)
  161. [2013-05-12 04:10:46] * Mad_Modd keeps banging on the door "Come on! I gotta take a piss and Shady promised me she would show me around engineering!"
  162. [2013-05-12 04:13:20] <Vieral> 10 The crew is separated by a large, strong Steel door. What Happened to Shady_Steps? guess we'll have to wait until Next session of... LFG group!
