~ New Spells To Make ~

1. Silencio | Gags the target for 3 seconds
2. Transfigo | Transforms target into random of 3 different playermodels (just use any 3 default gmod pmodels for now to code the spell I will change them later)

~ Spell Fixes ~

1. Please have lumos turn off when you switch weapons, it already works for switching spells.
2. Please have salvio hexia turn off for both when you switch spells and weapons.
