Must Be Included

1.	Must have an "Air Drop" that drops random items defined in the config.
2.	The above listed items must drop at random times
3.	The plugin must send a message to all players on the server:
		- 15 minutes before the drop (configurable)
		- That gives the coordinates of the drop.
		- Must be configurable who gets the message. For example: All Players on the server, All players in the same world, or All Players within a certain distance of the drop.


			Not Needed but would be helpful

1. The message should be allowed to be set so it can send up to 3 times in the config. For example: 15 minutes for players within 10k blocks, 10 minutes for players within 5k blocks and 5 minutes sends to everybody.
2. A compass (Needs a lore), which players could buy from the shop and it points them to the next Air Drop 20 minutes before drop (configurable time)
3. To have 1 super large drop every 15-30 hours, It's coordinates should be sent 1 hour before drop, then repeat every 10 minutes.
