Phone commission:

First: Nazoc lies on his tummy in some childish room, playing on a phone, looking at the viewer with an annoyed expression, saying "What are *you* looking at...? I'm busy right now, these gacha games don't play themselves..."

Second: Nazoc scrunches his face up and pushes a HUGE load into his diaper, messing it, with whatever silly sound effects that requires and a loud "NNNNNGGGHHHHHHFFF~!" or something similar

Third: Nazoc pushes EVEN HARDER and makes his diaper absolutely silly huge behind him

Fourth: Nazoc is finished, his diaper *so* absurdly large it's literally not fully on screen (like, the entire left side of the screen is just hilariously-huge-even-for-hypermess diaper), with a another annoyed expression on his face. "Ugh, I don't need a change...my tummy just felt weird for a bit..."

CARSEAT COMMISSION:

First: Nazoc is strapped tightly into a carseat, in a shirt with the ERRA logo on it and nothing else but an already comically poofy diaper, huffing and pouting and VERY visibly fussy. He says "Do I *really* have to go in this dumb carseat! I don't need it or these dumb diapers!" to which his off-screen caretaker says "Well, you barely know what a potty is so..."

Second: Nazoc suddenly poops his pamps with a surprised expression (think like this image of yours https://www.furaffinity.net/view/24941736/), and a little bit of a blush, his only words being "W-what the..." and his caretaker going "Yeah, like that." His seatbelt is visibly straining and pressing into his massively fudgy pamps.

Third: Nazoc has finished pooping, and now the carseat is just...gone. Now he's just sitting on hyperfilled pamp. He's absolutely mortified by this and can barely stammer out a "w-well...s-shut up..." with an expression that's both annoyed AND incredibly embarrassed. His caretaker just sighs.

Fourth: More of a silly bonus image. Nazoc...didn't stop pooping, actually. Just draw his pamps messy as you can without having to drastically alter his pose! Nazoc is actually not terribly aware of this, just huffing and pouting some more and saying "ugh, are we there yet already...?" and his caretaker being "At this rate, never!"
