Uber China Team is Rubbish! China Support Team is Shit!

My Uber account was suspended without any reason. I'm just a user, not driver.

I didn't get any notification about my account info. Just know it when I want to use it. I just can't use it suddenly!

And I sent a letter to local support team. They just response me your company policy and legal link without tell me the exactly reason. I sent a lot of mails, I want to get the reason, but there's no further response…I can’t use Uber forever suddenly without any reason!
And some of my friends also met the same problem without any support.

It's ridiculous! I never experienced this with any other applications.
