Clarification of IRC ban

Feb 02 22:51:44 * You have been kicked from #cantr by EchoMan (Banned for breaking the (forum) rules of the IRC.)
Feb 02 23:08:02 <EchoMan> You are -banned- from the chat. That means you are not allowed in there until (if) this ban is removed.

3 days after the initial banning, a vague reason given. Also, first I've heard that the forum rules apply in the IRC. Also, no mention of which one, or what I did to breech it.

First mention of a timeline. Also, apparently months have 35 days in them, or something.

So, curious about it. Would like a reason given, because I've asked ally, who responded with

Asked another staff member, to ask him why, also no response.

I recognise that some people have very busy lives, and to be patient with them. But, some clarity on this would be appreciated, as apparently two other staff neither can respond, or have the vaguest clue what rule was breeched.

Especially as my last experience with a ban, was never justified, explained or apologized.
