  1. Thank you, hyw Smile But I should also further point out that shrang is not the only one who did something wrong in that PasteBin above. OpTic Gaga and SteelEdges, who insistently argued that your ban was completely justified; Sweep, who stood idle as he witnessed the injustice unfolding before his very eyes, and even insisting on you making an appeal instead of just doing the right thing and unbanning you; Tesung, who may have defended you throughout that PasteBin, but ultimately still thought it was fine to take me, and many other Dragon Masters members as a villain despite, in the Ubers room at the time, observing clear evidence of who the true villain was; and possibly others in that PasteBin who I may have missed. The ones who are evil are not only the ones who actively do evil, but also the ones who support evil.
  2.
  3. I am very, very happy to see that you understand my position in regards to shrang, hyw. But at the same time, as unpleasant as it may be to say this now, I also wish to express my concern regarding the incredible lengths it took for you to finally be 100% convinced about my position regarding shrang, especially given you have already seen this (this is assuming you weren't 100% convinced until now though. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what you seemed to have suggested in the PasteBin). Correctly identifying shrang as an immoral person is a very simple task, especially for someone who has already had first-hand experience of power abuse by his hands - he is evil, and chooses to be evil in a very, very obvious and open manner. He commits one of the biggest mistakes an evildoer could possibly make - that being openly flaunting his evil like he did in that PasteBin, and seeing anyone around him as a viable target for his evil actions. He happily embraces the role of the villain, so almost anyone slightly intelligent can see that he is evil. Dice, Donkey and Problems are all in the same category as shrang in this regard.
  4.
  5. What I am more concerned about, however, are evildoers who go about performing their evil actions in a much more cunning manner, and I find that many people, even those within Dragon Masters, at least in the past, are or have been naive enough to be unable to see past such evildoers' deceit, even after I have spent a huge amount of time beating a massive amount of logic in regards to such into their heads, as a lot of people have the tendency to think about whether or not another person is evil in extremely superficial ways, by utilizing erroneous logic such as "Person X is a good person, because he's always nice to ME, regardless of his actions towards anyone else.". The employment of such cunning on some evildoers' part is exactly as written in this post (note that I am hardly, by any means, exclusively talking about Sweep here):
  6.
  7. "There is a very effective method by which it is oftentimes possible for evil people to achieve the end that all evil people universally seek, that being to harm others, while getting away with it, and at the same in no way hindering the total amount of damage that they cause through their actions. That method involves simply directing and concentrating all of one's harmful, disrespectful, and evil actions towards one person or a few people, with such a method, for the purpose of maximizing effectiveness, often being accompanied by displaying pleasant behavior towards almost everyone else. Such a method can often serve as a very powerful form of offense and defense simultaneously. The aforementioned "very powerful form of offense" is embodied by this method's ability to cast an illusion upon a victim, according to which "there must be something "wrong" or "inferior" about the victim, shown by their observation of the fact that they are the only ones on the receiving end of the evil person's attacks, while the evil person even acts nicely towards everyone else", lowering the victim's self-esteem as they begin to question whether or not they did or embody something such that they deserve to be the victim of such actions performed by "otherwise very pleasant people". And the aforementioned "very powerful form of defense" is embodied by this method's ability to cast the exact same illusion described previously, not towards the victim, but rather, towards the surrounding people in the community, making them believe that the evil person was not wrong to perform their evil action, since the victim "must embody or have done something to deserve such treatment, as evident from the fact that the evil person is not performing such actions against anyone else, and on the contrary is even being nice to them."

  9. Yes, we all know that shrang is immoral, same with Dice, Donkey, and Problems, but that's only the first step. Knowing that is child's play, really. But what about others? Don't look at things from such a superficial perspective, people, and think deeper. If anyone here still thinks that many of the people in Pokémon Showdown!'s Ubers room are genuinely good people, think again. Take a step back, abandon the mindset that the world revolves completely around you (if only temporarily), and try to see things objectively and from a neutral perspective - for someone to qualify as evil, they just have to do evil upon just one person in existence, not most people in a community. Hyw, since this is relevant, I should paste a private message I sent to you recently, just so everyone else can see it too:

  46. Blue J:
  47. http://pastebin.com/jCzjzq7S (After Sweep had banned me from Pokémon Showdown! after this incident, I later started trolling the Ubers room along with Sasha, when Blue J publicly challenged what I was doing and defended Sweep, sticking his nose into my business despite having absolutely no clue whatsoever of what was going on. So I banned him as a result, but I later talked with him and he agreed to never again stick his nose into conflicts I am involved with which he does not understand. So until Blue J does something similar again in the future, or defends one of those evildoers, I will leave him alone)

  49. Spiral Core:
  50. Regarding this guy, there is a looooooong story, but since I do not have all the details about it, it's really best if you ask Sasha specifically, as he knows about everything this guy has done better than anyone else. But I'll tell you what eventually made me dismiss this guy as a worthless evildoer:
  51.
  52. He was once my friend, and he once told me that I was his best friend ever on Pokémon Showdown!. But then one day, for no reason, this happened on the Ubers channel:

  65. Thanking shrang for banning me, despite the fact that he is clearly aware of everything shrang has done, as I have explained to him in excruciating detail before? Completely unacceptable, but let's disregard that for the moment, even though we really shouldn't.
  66.
  67. Spiral Core came to find me on Pokémon Online the next day. Here is the conversation:
  68.
  69. http://pastebin.com/N9bpgnzs
  70.
  71. I put him on /ignore after that. I was banned from Pokémon Online a few hours later.
  72.
  73. Then a few days later, Sasha showed me this screenshot: https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-prn2/v/t34.0-12/10153623_600742490013307_1226234963_n.jpg?oh=6f2774f39d1e0c8aec38016f8d1a9d55&oe=534A89FE&__gda__=1397425467_8d63de353e300cb30ac9db3b5d303d26
  74.
  75. But anyway, that's just all I know. Consult Sasha about Spiral Core. He has a lot to tell you about him.
  76.
  77. justinjiaxinghu:
  78. First of all, read this PasteBin: http://pastebin.com/sJjLM0nA
  79.
  80. Sweep was breaking the rules and being disrespectful by insulting another user (me with his name, PTR = Pok Gai). So, I told justinjiaxinghu to punish Sweep, by muting him, and getting shrang to ban him. Simple. I did the right thing. Those who disrespect others ought to be punished, and I only requested his help in order to ensure that that happens. There was nothing more to it. But then, Sasha uncovered this PasteBin a few weeks later, showing what justinjiaxinghu was really saying to shrang in his private message: http://pastebin.com/cwFhECxA
  81.
  82. Furthermore, I noticed that Sweep, under the name "PTR = Pok Gai", was in the Ubers room perpetually before justinjiaxinghu found out that PTR = Pok Gai was Sweep. But then, after justinjiaxinghu found out, I noticed that Sweep would constantly exit and re-enter the Ubers room, preventing justinjiaxinghu from muting him. And he just so happened to do so every time I told justinjiaxinghu to mute him, so justinjiaxinghu ended up not muting PTR = Pok Gai at all after finding out he was Sweep. So I also have no choice but to believe that justinjiaxinghu was telling Sweep to get out of the room every time I told justinjiaxinghu to mute him.
  83.
  84. Justinjiaxinghu was, as a result, blatantly tolerating evil, by actively going to the effort of ensuring that a disrespectful evildoer goes unpunished. And to quote Thomas Mann, "tolerance becomes a crime when applied to evil."
