  3. [2013-05-19 00:13:38] * Mad_Modd trots over the the terminal and starts pushing buttons
  4. [2013-05-19 00:14:08] * Arx_Sanare frowns. "Well...darn. What now?"
  5. [2013-05-19 00:14:21] * Warm_Smiles gets up and investigates the door a little closer.
  6. [2013-05-19 00:15:13] * Laini looks around, seemingly quite puzzled by what happened
  7. [2013-05-19 00:15:53] * Mad_Modd pushes buttons faster "New fangled technotrons!"
  8. [2013-05-19 00:16:51] <Vieral> 10 The terminal goes blank from Mad_Modd's prodding

  10. [2013-05-19 00:21:57] <Vieral> 10 Warm_Smiles, Laini, and Modd hear a quiet sniffle from a shaking shimmer beside the door terminal

  12. [2013-05-19 00:25:22] * Warm_Smiles plucks Mad_Modd in mid-air before he tackles the shimmer, "No."

  21. [2013-05-19 00:33:15] <Vieral> 10 The mare gulps, looking almost just barely from fillyhood as she stares at Arx_Sanare, ''I-I'm... 2146... you're not going to... e-eat me are you?'' she's shaking slightly, back pressed to the wall beside the door

  23. [2013-05-19 00:35:09] * Laini pokes her head out "2146? What a strange name."
  24. [2013-05-19 00:35:21] * Warm_Smiles frowns, "That doesn't sound good." He looks at the mare, "We're not."
  25. [2013-05-19 00:36:27] * Mad_Modd points at her accusingly "Why did they take Shady?"
  26. [2013-05-19 00:37:33] <Vieral> 10 She nods, her horn glowing a light red, ''y-yes... I'm 2146. it's my number.'' she blinks at Warm_Smiles, a bit relieved, since he'd protected her from Mad_Modd, ''I... thank you...'' she then eeps, backing hard from Mad_Modd's hoof, her eyes tearing a little as her horn glows, a faint shield flickering around her for a second

  28. [2013-05-19 00:42:25] <Vieral> 10 2146 curls a little before speaking shakily, ''We were just trying to protect her. you have one of /them/ with you...'' she points a shaking hoof at Laini, a look of fear on her face
  29. [2013-05-19 00:43:45] * Laini blinks a few times in surprise "Me? What I have I done to you? Please explain and I will apologise."
  30. [2013-05-19 00:43:52] * Mad_Modd continues to point "And you were left outside why?"
  31. [2013-05-19 00:44:44] * Laini pushes Modd'S hoof out of the way "It is not nice to point at somepony like that!"
  32. [2013-05-19 00:46:01] * Arx_Sanare murmurs. "And I thought ponies were racist about Alicorns..."
  33. [2013-05-19 00:46:15] * Mad_Modd deflates a bit "I'm sorry"
  34. [2013-05-19 00:46:56] <Vieral> 10 2146 whimpers, ''they closed the door on me...'' she stares at Laini, ''Y-you mean zebras aren't flesh-eating monsters meant to take your horn as a toothpick?''
  35. [2013-05-19 00:47:38] * Laini giggles "You make it sound as if I were a hellhound. No, we do not do any such things."
  36. [2013-05-19 00:47:45] <Mad_Modd> "No.... those are hellhounds. I'm sure we could find one for comparisin"
  37. [2013-05-19 00:48:03] * Warm_Smiles lights up a cigarette, "They kicked you out?"
  38. [2013-05-19 00:50:24] <Vieral> 10 She shakes her head, ''N-no... they just forgot me... I don't wanna die!'' she starts sobbing again
  39. [2013-05-19 00:51:35] * Warm_Smiles quietly smokes, "You won't die that easy. Shady came back alive."
  40. [2013-05-19 00:53:08] * Laini offers a friendly hoof. "My name is Laini."
  41. [2013-05-19 00:54:11] * Arx_Sanare nods. "And I am Arx Sanare. If you are from that Stable, don't you know the door code?"
  42. [2013-05-19 00:54:55] * Mad_Modd smiles at the little mare "They call me Tim.... Wait no! I are Mad Modd!"

[2013-05-19 01:01:43] <Vieral> 10 A low hissing noise can be heard within the door, followed by a loud, long screech as it's pulled in, then rolled aside, revealing Shady_Steps as well as several other unicorns, most of them redheads, except for one White-maned mare sitting beside her, ''Holster your weapons, and step inside quickly, please.'' the white-maned one shouts, a few redheads pointing their weapons at the group
  45. [2013-05-19 01:02:23] * Shady_Steps opens her hooves "2146 come on its ok" she smiles
  46. [2013-05-19 01:04:29] * Mad_Modd blink blinks "Why do they all look the same?"
  47. [2013-05-19 01:04:58] <Vieral> 10 2146 scrambles fearfully in, hugging 233 as she cries a little, ''It was so scary! I thought the Zebra was gona eat me!''
  48. [2013-05-19 01:05:06] * Warm_Smiles stands up and mutters, "I don't like this."
  49. [2013-05-19 01:05:42] * Laini whispers to Warm_Smiles "So many unicorns."
  50. [2013-05-19 01:07:04] * Warm_Smiles glances at Laini, "Stay close."
  51. [2013-05-19 01:07:21] * Shady_Steps smiles at 2146 and looks to her friends "come on, we just need to talk"
  52. [2013-05-19 01:07:22] * Laini nods and stays close to Modd, keeping an eye on him
  53. [2013-05-19 01:08:18] * Arx_Sanare looks a bit baffled. "They...are all clones."
  54. [2013-05-19 01:09:23] * Shady_Steps turns to the overmare "got any place we can go to talk?"
  55. [2013-05-19 01:10:12] * Mad_Modd rolls his eyes "Arx this isn't the time to be thinking about clones! I'm trying to figure out why they all look the same"
  56. [2013-05-19 01:11:22] <Vieral> 10 The overmare nods, raising a hoof as she turns, ''follow me...'' a few guards surround the group, leading them through the stable as the door seals behind them, ''I know just the place.''
  57. [2013-05-19 01:12:55] * Shady_Steps nods and follows keeping an eye on the guards
  58. [2013-05-19 01:13:15] * Arx_Sanare rolls his eyes at Modd and then starts to follow them inside. He flutters his wings nervously at all the guns and tries to suppress the reflex of just casting his shield.
  59. [2013-05-19 01:13:48] * Warm_Smiles allows himself to be led, still smoking away.
  60. [2013-05-19 01:14:52] * Mad_Modd follows along "Ooo nice guns! Wana trade later?"
  61. [2013-05-19 01:15:46] * Shady_Steps leads the group down a door to the left into a slightly more open curved corridor then into a musky room with a thin carpet that looks 200 years old with some chairs and a table "we can talk here" she smiles
  62. [2013-05-19 01:16:37] * Warm_Smiles leans against the wall, looking around the room.
  63. [2013-05-19 01:17:07] * Mad_Modd stomps a hoof "That's it! They must be sisters!"
  64. [2013-05-19 01:18:13] * Shady_Steps nods "we are" she takes a seat and looks to Warm_Smiles "this is the only room with an independent air filter, thus the only room you can smoke in"
  65. [2013-05-19 01:19:06] * Warm_Smiles nods in thanks, "What's going on here?"
  66. [2013-05-19 01:19:39] * Laini sits down and keeps quiet
  67. [2013-05-19 01:20:32] * Mad_Modd goes to have a seat next to Laini
  68. [2013-05-19 01:21:50] * Shady_Steps blinks "there was some misunderstanding with the door, they did not expect you to be with me"
  69. [2013-05-19 01:21:59] * Arx_Sanare lays down near the door, feeling way to big
  70. [2013-05-19 01:23:07] <Warm_Smiles> "You explained it then?"
  71. [2013-05-19 01:25:43] * Shady_Steps nods "that's why they opened up, The Overmare just needed to confirm my request"
  72. [2013-05-19 01:27:40] <Mad_Modd> "And why do all of them look like you?"
  73. [2013-05-19 01:29:05] * Shady_Steps blinks "because we are sisters..." she looks at the overmare "and there are ways to tell us apart"

  75. [2013-05-19 01:30:16] <Warm_Smiles> "Sounds a lot worse to me."
  76. [2013-05-19 01:31:12] * Shady_Steps rolls her eyes "slight size difference, body tone, musculature..." she rolls her eyes
  77. [2013-05-19 01:32:07] * Mad_Modd raises an eyebrow "So you're telling me to check them out to tell them apart?"
  78. [2013-05-19 01:32:39] * Laini hugs Modd "No touching."
  79. [2013-05-19 01:32:43] * Shady_Steps facehooves
  80. [2013-05-19 01:33:07] * Mad_Modd nuzzles Laini "Only you"
  81. [2013-05-19 01:38:31] * Warm_Smiles looks around, "When do we leave then?"

  83. [2013-05-19 01:39:36] * Shady_Steps blinks "after my report... might take a day... i will seek to continue with you for now"
  84. [2013-05-19 01:40:42] * Warm_Smiles sighs and sits down, "What can we do for a day?"
  85. [2013-05-19 01:41:18] <Laini> "I suggest we rest before we continue."
  86. [2013-05-19 01:43:44] * Mad_Modd shrugs "Maybe we can do some trading or help with fixing stuff? Place like this always has something broke"
  87. [2013-05-19 02:06:02] * Mad_Modd "Bet ya twenty caps Arx get laid"
  88. [2013-05-19 02:07:33] * Arx_Sanare snorts and shakes his head.
  89. [2013-05-19 02:10:47] * Warm_Smiles draws his machete and starts to clean it, humming a little tune to himself quietly.

  101. [2013-05-19 02:21:58] * Shady_Steps nods "yes, there are quite a few settlements in the wastes now, however the land is still harsh..." she looks to the others
  102. [2013-05-19 02:24:56] * Warm_Smiles sheathes his weapon, "That's an understatement."
  103. [2013-05-19 02:25:03] <Vieral> 10 The overmare nods, sighing sadly, ''Fifty years...'' she then blinks, shaking her head, ''sorry about that. anyway... with your quest finished, I'm guessing you'll want a partition of the populous to form diplomatic squads for trade?''

  105. [2013-05-19 02:27:44] * Shady_Steps nods "there is a settlement... Rustline... it is a good place to start trade... might want to keep things small for now however..."
  106. [2013-05-19 02:29:29] <Vieral> 10 The overmare's smile gets a litle smaller, ''Have you already been offered another option?'' she glances around the group

  108. [2013-05-19 02:33:15] * Shady_Steps blinks "option..." she sighs not asking a question
  109. [2013-05-19 02:34:06] <Vieral> 10 She nods, ''Yes... you've been offered another job with this group...'' she gasps, grinning widely at Shady_Steps, ''they're your friends, aren't they?''

  113. [2013-05-19 02:39:38] <Vieral> 10 The overmare waves a hoof at Mad_Modd, ''Oh nothing, just the eldest feeling proud of her sibling.'' she smiles, ''You may have my blessing on your quest, but I ask you and your friends a favor in the morning...''

  115. [2013-05-19 02:41:34] * Shady_Steps waves a hoof "thank you, and if you wish for them to sleep at all then tell them now... or not, or just don't tell modd" she points a hoof at him
  116. [2013-05-19 02:44:17] <Vieral> 10 The overmare shakes her head slowly, ''I'll tell you in the morning. a few cots will be taken up to accomodate you. please, refrain from entering the stable proper, the others would panic over your... striped companion's appearance.''

  118. [2013-05-19 02:47:01] <Vieral> 10 The overmare nods, several of the security mares taking down the posters before the group starts to leave, ''You may stay in your quarters if you wish, 348. though I'm guessing you'll be with your friends.''

  124. [2013-05-19 02:57:25] * Shady_Steps shakes her head "i have an idea... but i dont want to tell you" she makes her way to the side room that has been set out for the party "sorry about the confusion..."

  126. [2013-05-19 02:58:39] * Warm_Smiles follows Shady_Steps into their room and claims a bed/cot.

  129. [2013-05-19 03:00:05] * Arx_Sanare lays down near the bed Shady is ocupying and lays down on the floor.
  130. [2013-05-19 03:00:43] * Shady_Steps sits down, all the cots made for ponies her size or slightly bigger
  131. [2013-05-19 03:01:19] * Warm_Smiles strips his armour off and lies down in the cot. He is much too big for it.

  133. [2013-05-19 03:06:01] * Warm_Smiles soon drifts into sleep.
  134. [2013-05-19 03:06:20] * Shady_Steps stretches her hooves out and slowly goes to sleep snoreing softly
  135. [2013-05-19 03:07:28] * Mad_Modd burls up in a cot next to Laini's, grumbling about this favor
  136. [2013-05-19 03:07:44] <Vieral> 10 Laini climbs onto a cot, getting comfortable before patting the one next to her for Mad_Modd
  137. [2013-05-19 03:08:11] * Mad_Modd is already in a cot next to Laini
  138. [2013-05-19 03:10:42] <Vieral> 10 And so, the night falls, our group of friends sleeping soundly within Stable 9
