Which underdeveloped countries will be most affected from this invention?

I have conducted a serious research from the tools that I am given by the Rotary International. I found that in Nigeria people suffer most. Especially in Lagos, the obsolete infrastructures (lack of stable electrical network, telecommunications, etc.) and the unstable climate and political environment (gangs, water issues, diseases) push people to the edge. These people have no way of escaping and when there are bursts of crisis have almost zero ways to communicate.
