- Thanks for the Notification.
- According to the stats given, it seems two of the projects are causing huge load, (lg2) and (chat), however there is no way to just shut them down like other projects because both projects have a fair amount of users, is there any other way to reduce the server load? I remember there is a limit that can be put on these dictionaries that greatly reduced the load last time you notified them. However I can't quite remember where it is...
- Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience my project(s) have caused.
- Nemo, Ma, Thu Mar 15 14:38:00 2012
- According to live chat, I have renamed the two main dictionaries (lg2 and chat) that is seeming to cause problems.

- Hello Nemo,
- Your account has been unblocked by our system administrators. It has been set to be monitored for 48 hours. Hopefully all will be corrected and the load reduced.
- In the event that there is still a load, your site may well be too heavy for a shared hosting environment. If this is the case, we will direct you to a more appropriate hosting solution. If you need any further assistance, just let us know 24/7.

- If you have not done so, I suggest you place a robots.txt script and a throttle policy. In addition to optimizing scripts and removing any excess plugins.
- Your CPU usage on a shared account needs to maintain no more than 60 CPU-min a day. When you have made changes to resolve the issue just let us know and we can send it over to our System Administration for review.
- We appreciate your compliance.

- Thanks for the notification.
- These days I'm cleaning a huge amount of spambot accounts off my forums (deleted about 20k of them, together with any ads they made), that could be the reason for the higher CPU load. Also, the scripts listed...don't quite add up to the total...so I'm a little puzzled on how my account still has a high load (since I deleted lg2 and moved the chat off somewhere else) Next I'll try update the forums used by THMON forum since it's textfile based.

- Hello Nemo.
- Thank you for the feedback on the steps that you are currently taking. As of March 26, 2012, these are the newest stats and unfortunately they show that there is still a fair amount of usage that is above the acceptable level for shared hosting which is 50 CPU minutes per day. Please take a look at the scripts listed below and if you have already made changes to these, please update this ticket and we can then generate new logs for you to see if the usage has decreased further. As an additional note, I would suggest setting a robots.txt file in each of your domains as some of this issue is also being caused by the sheer amount of bot crawlers that are scanning your sites. Kindly get back to us within the next 24 hours and let us know what changes you have made and thank you again for your continued diligence in working with us to ensure fair resource allotment to all customers.

- Hi
- I've removed the subdomain dango.amarilloviridian.com from the server.
- Also, I'm still troubled with something that's shown in the records:
- Firstly the CPU usage still didn't match what is actually recorded, plus I have disabled commenting on all of my blogs(amarilloviridian.com, it comes with a chatroom and it's primary used for a group of people, as of now the chatroom is offline), so logically even though there are spambots everywhere they cannot post a thing, but in the records it still generated CPU usage, which is very puzzling, the same thing is happening with nmforce, net, which is a forum that's have very strict ways against spambots (I myself deleted about 1k of them last week after the block). also the appearance of the subdomain "monolith.amarilloviridian.com 6710 4017" troubles me since it's used for one of my school projects two years ago, and was deleted at least 1 year ago, yet still shows on the log. Is that log for all-times or just one giving period?
- Lastly, I have already deployed robot.txt on all non-forum projects since the forums has their own robot.txt.

- Hello Nemo.
- Our SA team has generated new logs and while you have drastically decreased the amount of usage on the CPU server, your current usage is still higher than is required to consider the matter closed. Currently, acceptable CPU usage is 50 minutes or less per day; however, at the present moment, your account is using the following amounts:
- cpu-min date
- 82,52 30.03.2012
- 80,90 29.03.2012
- 86,55 28.03.2012
- 83,80 27.03.2012
- Currently, the account is not blocked, but we do need for you to reduce this usage further on your own or the account may be blocked again in the future. Please make further edits to your coding and update this ticket within the next 48 hours or the account will unfortunately have to be suspended once more.
- As far as the reason for the overloading, it appears that the main files are all .PHP files; this could mean that the content management system you are using is out of date or any of the plug-ins being used are out of date or are to resource intensive for shared hosting. I would suggest looking at the plug-ins that you are using and if any of them can be removed, I would start from there.
- Please take further steps and then update this ticket within the next 48 hours or our SA team will have to block access to the sites once more.

- I have removed pretty much everything on my site - Now it's running at bare minimum.
- *removed Projects*
- Entire NMForce Forum
- subdomain "potential" and "peace" with all contents.
- Honestly I can't figure out the exact reason of the CPU load seeing that I run much more stuff years ago and there are no problems.
- *Remaining Stuff*
- 2 blogs, 3 Forums, nothing else.
