Yeah, the whole Terminoob thing felt like something out of left field and paints a pretty vague picture of what his issue is, but it sounds pretty minor to me. All in all, his answer for #3 contradicts itself for me. I'm also pretty skeptical of his maturity and it sorta ties into his answer for #7: some of his interactions with our newest user, American Idiot. Like, for example, in these topics

That's not exactly "welcoming them and treating em with open arms". I know a lot of people have been joking around with this kid as of late, but that's the thing, they're a kid (at least they come off like they're a kid to me). I know there's some people that gets that, but it seems like Fred doesn't, I've seen him pull this on others before. It's stuff like that that loses us members, and it's a quality that no staff member should have. Not just directing this at Fred, but to anyone who takes the joking a lil too far and beats a dead horse a lil too long sometimes. I thought this was an ever growing family. I thought the clique mentality was dead and buried? Spare these newbies the schoolyard bullshrimp and save it for the ones who really deserve it. Certainly, we wouldn't have valued members like Halibut or Trophy today if that were the case. I commend MDPP for giving AI some comfort, that's what a staff member should be doing when a new member is going through those motions. With all due respect to those in the Fred camp, but it was an instant Against for me. He's got some more maturing to do (and I know I'm probs one to talk).
