  3. 64-bit - http://themaister.net/retroarch-dl/RetroArch-20131013-Win64-megapack.7z
  4. + Frontend:

  6.
  7. RetroArch is a frontend in itself. It is not an emulator per se, rather, it uses an API called libretro which uses independantly developed and ported modules for emulation. It possesses a P2P netplay code that, while restricting it to 2 Players only, is potent enough to feature near lagless netplay. RetroArch (so far confirmed) supports NES, SNES, Arcade (FB Alpha core), Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Sega Master System, Game Gear and SG-1000 netplay. It supports several other cores, but it is yet unknown whether or not they are compatible with the netplay code (let me know in a thread if they work or not).
