A small number of members, new and old have decided that PA needs the injection of a new alliance!

We would like to introduce everyone to BlackFlag,

Let me start by introducint our HC team;

Connovar,
Souls
TYJO
BlackMagic.

Souls will be taking charge of our political negotiations.

We have no ties to any other alliances in past round, please do not affiliate us with your past experiences playing against alliances we have been members of HC'd in.

The playerbase will be small, however recruitment is active to anyone that wishes to apply. Be aware there will be a strict application process and everyone will be discussed with each member of the HC team before you are accepted.

If in the first round we are 20 members then that is ok, we want to be around for a number of rounds to come and live long in the memory.
