- Name:
- Managi Shienoe (Ma-na-gee Shee-uh-no-eh)
- Tells people to call him "Nagi" or "Shino".
- Gender:
- Male
- Ultimate Title:
- Ultimate Lucky Student (because let's face it, someone needs to take that torch.)
- Physical appearance and clothing:
- Skin-tone is average caucasian and eyes are teal bluish, the rest is pretty much his actual would-be color (meaning one black sleeve, and white/ black clothing + white hair with black streaks.)
- Personality:
- Shino is a pretty regular guy, although his most outstanding trait is his stupid good luck. He claims to be interested in the concepts of Luck, Hope and Despair more than anything, and their relation, and their effect on the world. This does not mean his view is very distorted, however.
- "Hope... Despair... Such conflict."
- "Would you side with Hope or Despair?"
- "The side that won't get me killed."
- While Shino has a tendency to push people to their limits, he does not mean ill towards the group objective or himself (mainly himself) in any way. In this regard, comparing him to a canon character would most likely lead to Izuru: he is very intrigued by the concept of both hope and despair, however, he is not obsessed with either, and feels no particular remorse changing his stance. When it comes down to it, Shino is an observer, and he's in it for himself.
- Shino is highly logical and there is reason behind his every action, even if "his own amusement" can fall into that category. He is not quick at all to jump to conclusions, however, and usually keeps his choices open until the very last minute. Confirmation is key.
- The nature of his luck is very different to those of Naegi, Komaeda or Izuru. While Izuru and Komaeda mainly manipulate good luck and Naegi's just kinda happens, Shino's luck is more of a redirect; if someone else gets lucky, something will happen to redirect the luck to him. When he gets unlucky, something happens to redirect that bad luck away. An example of how his luck works would be his neighbor winning the jackpot, but losing the lottery ticket, only for Shino to find it the next day. If a rock fell down above him, something else will shoot or come up to hit/ block the rock, which would then result in someone/ something else getting hit.
- In short, he lacks moralistic views and is deeply intrigued by hope and despair, but ultimately wishes to escape the game alive, preferably with 4 or 5 people standing behind him.
- Past:
- Shino's life has been... very uneventful. Shino has never been an outstanding student. If anything, in many categories, he was below average. His only prowess seems to have been his knack for analyzing, coupled with stupid good luck. His games of playing Uno always ended exactly the same; he would be stuck with the "go again" card, disabling him to finish the game and forcing him to take two cards. None of his opponents could ever make a finishing play that turn, and he would drop two "go again" cards as well as a random number. Things like this have become quite common for Shino. Life was always average, only excelling in minor things with help of his luck. One year during his high school, however, he entered a raffle to enter <Insert Academy Name> as the Ultimate Lucky student. The name dropped, but as it so happened to be, a car crash happened on the road directly in front of <Insert Academy Name>, and the would-be Lucky Student ended up in the hospital in critical condition. The raffle was redone and Shino got accepted.
- <<Only applicable if SandboxRonpa is in-universe (76th or 79th class)>>
- During school, one day, he was hit with bad luck all day; he'd forgotten some books and gotten lemonade spilled over his bag (at least the books were spared, I guess.) When he went to trash his bag, he ran into a girl with twin-tails with the exact same bag, and the exact same lemonade spill. He only noticed later that the bags were switched; and he had obtained a curious but interesting paper detailing a very despairful plan...

- Extra notes:
- Yes, I actually put in effort, but that's because I've already had the concept laying around, being unused.
- Yes, I'll post again in the forums if this gets accepted.
- Yes, his name has a hidden meaning.
- No, he's not like Junko or Komaeda at all, and you'd know this if you properly read everything.
